I came to pick up a takeout orderand I had to use the bathroom so bad. They refused to let me, a paying customer use the bathroom. They had it blocked off and they didn’t say it was broken, they said it was locked. I almost exploded!

Food is decent but can’t stand the fact that, they have their menu added online and you can call and order anything u see in the posted menus online but when you go to pay for your food, it comes out almost triple the price online. Then when you bring it to their attention you get the excuse of “oh that’s not the right menu” like what?!?!? How is that even possible, and okay if you say it’s the wrong menu or not your menu then why in the hell would you not remove it? They never really have any business when I go. Pick up my food and maybe this is the exact reason they don’t.
I don’t know but I definitely dont appreciate an item being listed as 1 price and then when I go pick up my food it’s over double. They have mexican taco salads posted for $6.25-$6.75 (On the Menu that literally says Alberto’s posted right below their contact information when you go look them up through Google) I ordered 2 because that’s a good deal, when I go to pay (because I was never given a order total when I called the order in ) the total was like $25 when it was suppose to be $12

This place never fails. Not one taco place in this city can amount to the great service and delicious food. Thought I was just getting tacos on Tuesday and some how find my self here on Wednesday. Great service representatives and good food. I tip big everytime here specifically because I know the food is gunna be great. Me and my lady have been coming here since we first met every Tuesday. And now she won’t go anywhere else for tacos. Thinking bout buying a taco travel pack to sneak some in the movie theater. But all in all Alberto’s get all my money lol

They used to use 2 tortillas for their tacos now they only use 1. Two should be standard. So the the prices went up on top of that for less doesn’t make any sense. Never been to a place where they only used one tortilla is blasphemy

The Carnitas never gets crispy here which is what I prefer. The Pastor is pretty good… Not too sweet.
