I loveeeee their chicken cheesesteaks but when I order CHICKEN, 8/10 times my order will always end up being steak instead. This has happened the last few times I’ve ordered there or I’d never leave a review lol. I’m not sure why they have chicken cheese steak on the menu if you have to be a pure Karen to reiterate chicken so often while ordering 🙁
And the steak sandwich looked slaughtered, greasy, and unpresentable. Super poor experience every time.

It’s expensive, sure. But literally everything else is top notch. I have only ordered via the app but the food has been ready and waiting early each time. Ordering via the app is quick and easy. The sandwiches are delicious and filling. If everything was about 2 bucks cheaper across the board, it would be perfection. Pic is of #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak. OMG, this place is awesome!!! I’m used to the Subs from NY & FL, & and yes, there’s a huge difference, and moving here, I gave up on certain foods. Not super friendly staff but order taker tonight was nice. However when you pay for double meat, you should get it and we didn’t. They tend to short cut to go orders. Check your orders before leaving with them. People pay too much now, not to get their full value. Disappointed.

While I love this place and it will be always my favorite restaurant. One of your female employees decide to tell me “that’s to much mayonnaise” like, did I ask? Honestly. The boy with the light red curly hair who loves mayonnaise just as much as me, shout out to him. He deserves the best of praise. Not being judged, I struggle with eating disorder BTW where I have a hard time convincing myself to eat. the judgement did not help.

Absolutely ridiculous prices. I just moved to Georgetown from Philadelphia 4 months ago. The hoagie isn’t even close to a Jersey or Philly hoagie and the prices are outrageous compared to Philly and Jersey.
