My family has been struggling to find hot, well-made pizza since the family business we used to order from dropped the quality (by a lot). Honestly, my husband and I were shocked at the quality of what we picked up from here. Our supreme pizza was really well put together – no skimping on the toppings at all – and the bread order was cooked perfectly. I like their sauce because its not too sweet or too acidic. Online ordering was simple. Our order was complete and ready on time. I also appreciate that they have a very cost effective junior size pizza so my child can order whatever her heart desires and I don’t have to eat it.

Horrible wait time. Was told 20 minutes pick up time. Arrived 20 minutes later, Went thru the drive up to pick my order and it wasn’t ready. The young man at the window told your order is in the oven still and just needs 2-3 minutes and my order will be ready. He asked me to pull to the side and he left me for dead!!! 25 minutes later I walk inside and asked where’s my order and he was just then boxing it up. No explanation, no apologies, so I asked for a manager and all he could say was “ I don’t know what happened, it’s Friday night sorry!’ I said are you serious right now? No service recovery? He said I can give you 25% off your order. So all that wait time and poor service and my time was only worth $3.50 . What a joke! So I called corporate and filed a complaint and was told the store owner or manager would call me back and currently I haven’t heard back from anyone.

Neither delicious nor terrible. This location is mediocre at best. 50/50 chance this location is out of deep dish. We order from here because they deliver out to us. I wish we had better delivery options though. Pizza delivery guys are usually cool – this review isn’t about them. This review is solely rating the food. The food definitely needs improvement. We have found that you do not order the wings from this location because you will get diarrhea almost every to EVERY SINGLE time. The bbq chicken pizza we ordered last weekend barely had any sauce on it. It was very disappointing. The howie special we ordered tonight we wanted in deep dish, but of course, they were out of deep dish. Pizza was okay. Not great, not terrible. This location needs better manager(s). It is a managers duty to make sure product is stored at correct tempture in reference to their diarrhea wings, and that enough product is ordered. Im not looking for some generic “Im sorry” response either. Manager, whoever you are Improve your store and shove your “sorry”.

I ordered Howie Bread & when we got it it didn’t look like what we usually order. Being pregnant I was about ready to cry… This store is always 5/5, my husband took our bread back in, told them I was pregnant and said it just didn’t look right… they redid a whole order of bread for us, and we’re really cool about it! Thank you to whoever is working tonight that took the time to do that for us! ~not sure if they’re doing a new version of Howie bread but it definitely looks/tastes a lot different than what I’ve gotten before! Extremely grateful either way ~ the rest of our food was amazing and delicious as well!!

I’m not sure what’s changed in the last couple months but the pizza i received yesterday may have been worse than once you’d find under a gas station heat lamp. Toppings were sparse, crust was dry and chewy. Maybe it was a bad day, I’ll give them one more chance before ruling this location out completely.

I ordered a pizza from them because they had a pretty good deal on pizzas $11.99 for a large two topping. I get the pizza home its super rubbery it’s cold it’s almost an inedible. I call the company back about an hour later, you know after I wash dishes and put my kids down for bed. I spoke with the manager he tells me that because I called back an hour after I got the pizza that there’s nothing that he can do about it and that if I wanted a refund I should have called back immediately after I got the pizza. Horrible customer service no customer service skills at all and was extremely rude.

A couple of days ago, I ordered a pizza online after working 12+ hours and got home realizing it was the complete wrong pizza. My boyfriend posted a review and someone responded to him to call in the morning so they could make it right and time got away from me, I didn’t call. And tonight I figured pizza sounded good and that I would let the mistake on the last order go because it’s never happened before and mistakes happen, but I ordered the same pizza tonight(3 cheese pepperoni pleaser) and they gave me a normal pepperoni pizza AGAIN. I guess I need to legitimately start opening the box before I leave to make sure you guys made me the right pizza. I’m so annoyed that this happened again and I dont know that I can order from this location again. All a girl wants is what she asked for and PAID for after a 14 hour day of work. Please teach your staff how to make the pizza that is ordered.

We ordered from this location because we were headed to the Drive-In nearby. The pizza crust tasted odd. It was not flavored and overcooked. We ordered the Howie Bread and they gave us a small pizza that was over cooked with no seasoning. We order frequently as Hungry Howie’s is my son’s favorite. This was nothing like anything we’ve had in the past. We ended throwing it all away.
