I grabbed a pizza from Reggio’s at the airport and it was honestly delicious! ✨ The crust was fresh, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the toppings were generous and full of flavor. Even though it was takeout, everything tasted just right and stayed warm.
The service was quick and polite, which made the whole airport experience easier and smoother. ✈️ The atmosphere around the spot was also welcoming, making it a nice stop before the flight.
Highly recommended if you’re at the airport and craving good pizza!

Had the Italian beef sandwich and it was very good. I ordered it with hot and sweet peppers and hot is HOT. The beef was juicy, but not to the point the bread was falling apart and it tasted delicious. Pricing wasn’t bad either, particularly for an airport. They seemed to be prepared for pizzas as the individual ones would fly out, but sandwiches and hot dogs took a little longer. Service could have been better but it was worth the wait! Really good sandwich for airport food!

Tried Reggio’s pizza at Chicago Airport and, unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. I know deep-dish pizza can be hit-or-miss, and airport food often lowers the bar, but for a known chain, you’d expect better. The crust was more like dense cake than pizza, and the cheese and sauce were almost completely tasteless. Overall, it felt like just taking in calories without any real enjoyment—definitely more of a transit tourist trap than a worthwhile meal. Would not recommend, even for a quick bite.

The hospitality is amazing, there’s a very nice man that felt accommodating and they make the pizza fresh!!! I’ve had deep dish pizza before but for the airport it was made with love!! I’m very happy to support this place.

Absolutely one of the worst pizza places I’ve ever been through. The employee was the rudest employee and I almost left before ordering just because of that. She would’ve been doing me a favor though the pizza matched the crappy service. She asked the customers “whadya want?” No smile. Nothing. And if you didn’t answer in .2 seconds she was asking you again even though 2 other people in front of you still hadn’t paid. So you were incredibly rushed despite not having a long line needing to do so. The pizza was mildly warm and tastes like it had been sitting under heat lamps for 3 days straight. Absolutely disgusting! Save yourself and eat at the chilis right past it. I’d rather have starved than spent money in this atrocity someone called a pizza.

Pizza itself was OK, but not worth $12. Staff needs customer service training. Don’t shout. Don’t argue. Get off your phone. Be polite. We don’t need you (lots of food options here) you need us. Their table is tippy, c’mon. Fix it.

Unexpected Airport Delight! The Italian Beef at Reggio’s is a Must-Try! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Let’s be honest, airport food can be a gamble. I’ve seen the mixed reviews for Reggio’s at O’Hare, and it seems the pizza might not be their strongest suit based on what others are saying. However, I decided to go against the grain and opted for their Chicago-style Italian Beef sandwich, fully dipped in gravy, and boy, am I glad I did!
This wasn’t just a decent airport sandwich; it was an absolutely phenomenal taste of Chicago. The beef was tender, flavorful, and generously piled onto the crusty roll. And the gravy? Oh, the gravy! Rich, savory, and perfectly soaking the bread, it was the quintessential dipped experience. Each bite was a juicy, delicious explosion of classic Chicago flavors.
Forget the pizza (at least for now!). If you find yourself at O’Hare and craving an authentic and truly satisfying Chicago-style Italian beef, head straight to Reggio’s. This sandwich was a game-changer and a fantastic way to either kick off a trip with a true Chicago classic or grab one last taste before leaving. Seriously impressed!

I found myself paying nearly $14 for just one pepperoni pizza. While the service was swift, the deep dish pizza itself was just okay. It had already been prepared and was waiting in the food warmer. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it as your first taste of Chicago-style pizza, but there aren’t many options in the airport. Nonetheless, I was hungry and pressed for time, so it did the job. The employees appeared rather unhappy and were frequently on their phones.

When I came to Chicago, I couldn’t miss this style of pizza.
Cruncky dish, juicy souce and cheese.
Even if simple Cheese Pizza, I’m satisfied.
I’ll come again!

Service was really rude to us. Definitely not the best deep dish you’ll find, but probably the best (and essentially only) in O’Hare right now. Was cold, seemed like it had been sitting there for a long time, and not at all authentic. Located in a food court in the C concourse of terminal 1.
