10/10 would recommend! The owner, Kenny, who owns a location in Ashburn & one in Leesburg, is FAR BETTER RAN than any others I’ve tried in the entire franchise, let alone this area. This location specifically is always on point. Quick & efficient service, and the smoothies taste on point every single time whereas at other locations, not ran by Kenny, were unpredictable with the quality of their product, making it at least a $10 gamble everytime I went. I recommend the Nuts About Protein smoothie with added fresh banana & the Everything Avocado Toast. Worth every penny!

While I’m limited to a five-star rating, Maria and Mayra at the Southbank Street Robeks deserve far more. Despite having three other locations much closer to my workplace in Ashburn, I consistently choose to drive here. My loyalty is a direct result of the incredible customer service these two women provide.
For five years, they have been the reason I keep coming back. They are not only consistently welcoming and gracious, but they also maintain a store that is always immaculately clean. On top of that, they are masters at their craft, every smoothie and bowl is prepared with perfect consistency and care. Their dedication and warm presence truly transform this location into a community hub. For anyone in the Sterling or greater Loudoun area, this is the ONLY Robeks worth visiting and spending your hard-earned money at.

This was my very first time visiting this location, and unfortunately it will likely be my last. I came in about ten minutes before closing, and the girl at the register immediately made me feel unwelcome. From the start, her tone was very passive aggressive when she asked me what I wanted to order and if I was paying with cash. When I told her no, she rolled her eyes and let out a very clear sigh, which came across as rude and unnecessary.
As she prepared my smoothie, her behavior only got worse. She was slamming things around, shutting the blender hard, and throwing the scooper against the sink as if she was annoyed I had even placed an order. The entire experience felt hostile.
Management should really address this kind of behavior, because it drives away new customers like myself.

It was my first time at Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies. The facility is located in Sterling’s Cascades Market Place. Well, I will say I was impressed. First, the restaurant is located in a high volume traffic area – meaning the Cascades Market Place has businesses that are a high volume of customers, who either choose Starbucks or Robeks for coffee or juices. Robeks has the juice market cornered in this area, I think. I say this because the facility is very small, like a shake shack, but what they lack in size, they make up in atmosphere. Eileen was the supervisor in charge who helped prepare my drinks and food. The wellness shot made with ginger, cayenne pepper, and lemon was ridiculously flavorful and good. The pepper flakes made the drink memorable. I ordered the avocado, and the hardboiled egg on toast was good, too, but the Himalayan punk salt was too salty. If you order this, I would recommend light salt because the salt has strength. Overall, I was glad I stopped here for a healthy drink and meal. I recommend Robeks as a healthy choice juice alternative to coffee; however, be aware that it’s pricy, but worth the splurge. Keep in mind that we need to be health consistent these days, and Robeks is doing their part.
