The food here is genuinely amazing. If you want food that looks as good as it tastes, you need to go here. The Philly Cheesesteak is one of the best things I’ve eaten here, and the number of fries they give you with each meal never disappoints. This is the only place I eat in the mall anymore and there’s a good reason why.

Burger 101 never disappoints! Their bacon cheeseburger is absolute juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. The bacon cheese fries are on another level crispy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. I love this place! Definitely one of my go-to spots for a great burger fix.

Of course this place is in a mall BUT I’ve never had a better chili cheese burger and I’m pretty picky. The gentleman who served us was kind and polite. The burger was juicy and cheesy and had all the fixing and the chili was good too! They even gave ketchup packets without us asking which was really considerate. While the wait time is a little slow that’s okay with me!

The only reason I gave this establishment a 1 star is because I could not rate 0. The young man behind the register lacked customer service skills. I was patiently waiting as he was helping a customer that was there before me and walking back and forth from the back. When he returned to the register I wasn’t quite sure if he was ready to take my order, because one he had his headphones in his ear and second he didn’t say hello, May I take your order or what can I get for you. Nothing, he stands there. So, I ask are you ready to take my order to which he responded with “I’m just waiting on you” At that point I was not interested in purchasing anything with them. Customer service skills are very important when providing a service to customers.

I use 101 burger at the Killeen mall and the costumer service sucks , the lady that took my order had a shitty attitude, in my eyes she needs to be replaced or you going to loose costumes!!!

They look good as a store front but you could make everything at home for 1/4 of the price and I’ve never heard of a bowl of ramen taking 15 minutes and they drain 100% of the broth so the ramen is just ruined

Food is good, when they have it. Been here a total of five times because the food is good, however three of the five times they’re out of the food. They constantly are out of stuff, hard to get what you want.

It’s your average mall food experience, but way overpriced, oh and you don’t get a drink when you order a combo. If you want a drink, you have to pay extra
