Such a wonderful authentic Asian restaurant. Everything is very fresh and lots of flavor! I had the shrimp spring rolls and the combination garlic meat plate with shrimp, pork and beef. The rolls were very fresh with two great sauces, peanut sauce and their house Mae Sone sauce. I used them together, so good. The garlic meat plate was terrific. Lots of sauce to cover your rice with. Added some garlic oil and a touch of spicy oil, be careful with that one, very hot doesn’t take much. Loved it! Food is awesome, service is terrific, and location is a bit dated but it’s clean and functional. But when it comes to good food I don’t usually care about how the location appears. Good food is good food.

I am from out of town, but my fatigue and her MiL highly recommend this place.
So, we had to go !

It’s not overly hard to find, but it’s easy to miss ! It’s worth it, tho !

Be sure to check the hours as they cost at 2….. Nothing worse than think you’re going to have a great lunch only to get the and find them closed.

Once you do get there, the inside is really cozy and welcoming.
It’s not too noisy, so you can easily chat at your table.

The service is great!! Got questions ?? They have the answer
Getting our food didn’t take too long. Every thing was fresh and dish !! My daughter loves the Pho, so I’ll take her word for it that’s is good ( it’s not my cup of tea)

Highly recommend you church or our even if you just like noodles a little bit – you may be surprised and find a new favorite dish!
We’ll def be back soon !!

A great hidden gem right here! Food and service was great. Absolutely would recommend this place for top Thai food in the area. I had the chicken fried rice with their house made pickled cucumbers, garlic spice… Give that a solid 10! My girlfriend had the Working woman fried noodles. Real savory taste under the Pad-Thai dish and it was great as well.

Very homey and hole-in-the-wall spot. Often these have the best food and this was no exception – I think this place has the best pho in Lafayette. The broth was so savory and piping hot. Lots of toppings, and the chicken was very good quality. The egg rolls tasted homemade and fresh. Took a star off for service because they were understaffed at dinner so there was only one server. She did a great job tho despite being alone. I was very happy with the condiments provided at the table – everything from hot chili flakes to spicy mustard. Would return.

A great restaurant not only offers delicious food but also superior service.

Mae Sone offers authentic pho, but their service can not match the food quality. That is why I give 4 star.

It was hard to find. Google Map only points to the plaza but not the exact location of the restaurant. This was no clearer sign of “Mar Sone Noodle House”. I had to call the restaurant to confirm. It ended up with a plain white board with “Noodle House” sign. There were lots of plants on the front door.

The food was great. I ordered the Pho combination, the only downside was the beef slice did not taste fresh, the meat ball was Ok.

The waitress was slow. She only came to my table once. It took forever for her to get my credit off the table. So I had to come to the front desk to pay.

This is a mistake that many Asian restaurants have made. They simply focus on food but not over service and dinning experience.

Great family restaurant. Meals are always fresh and servings are most plentiful. We’ve been going for years and never had a bad meal..or service. Skip the chain places, and give them a try!

Loved the food it was phenomenal, authentic. Would’ve loved to be a regular at this place. However, the service here will have me not returning to this place any time soon. Paid in cash and our waitress pocketed the change for herself and ignored us until we left. It was outright shocking and disrespectful. Don’t understand why a business like this would need to be pocketing a few extra dollars from people but the small food portion size tells me what i need to know. The portion is not worth the money. Im very disappointed that a small business that looks welcoming is treating their new customers like this.
