Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. I’ve been coming here for years because the same female cooks are there and the food taste amazing. The cashier though was very robotic and has no customer service personality. She was speaking so fast I had to say what? Many times. She needs to slow down and speak normally. Also they need to add a contactless method of payment with the phone. Came in and ordered 2 chicken bowls w/ White Rice and green onions and a large drink. Order #57 @12:42:35pm. I ate in my car in front of the restaurant as I was eating I bit something hard, when I spit it out it was a grayish black rock. I normally don’t complain as accidents can happen but I started to get a toothache so i decided to go inside and make the employees aware of the situation. When I let Jackie know I had found a rock in my bowl she proceeded to tell the 2 ladies that prep the food and Arlen(name given by the shift lead) started smiling and laughing. I’m normally not bothered by things like that but when she kept smiling and smirking in the background as I’m taking to Jackie about my options. I proceeded to tell the shift lead that I would like the contact information to contact the owner because I didn’t like how the situation was being handled and I instead was being made fun of. When i pointed out that she was laughing at me the shift lead said “well how do you know it’s cause of you” completely unprofessional. She also refused to give me any contact information instead just said call back tomorrow at 12pm

I was served by an old man who must hate his life because his attitude and service was god awful to say the best.
He would make an amazing McDonald’s manager absolutely

Just My Opinion
Great place to get food. The woman who works at the register is super nice, friendly and remembers your order if you go often enough. That’s appreciated for people like me who are picky. Clean inside and the food has always been fresh.

Ordered from post mates close to close on a Saturday . I asked for 2 regular bowls while the 3rd is spicy . Nah they made all spicy !!!!! My kids couldn’t eat them . Ok top of that it’s like they purposely made the last bowl extremely spicy . The difference between the spice levels is unmistaken . I got the NAE chicken and it tasted old . Worst place . I’m sure it was because the staff was lazy and unable to read instructions. 60 bucks down the drain for real

Seems like they are getting stingy with there portions. Been there twice recently and i got two pieces of cabbage and a few veggi. Come on guys, dont jack up prices and then start skimping on veggies and rice. But the food is always good and fresh thats the only reason i gave 3 stars
