Food Poisoning ALERT!!
Ordered on 3/8/2024 pizza, pasta and boneless wings.
Arrived home served our plates.
First bite of the boneless wing was raw!
Literally pink and cold.
Called the restaurant and spoke with Aaron the manager. “Do you want a refund or remake your order” was the first thing out of the manager’s mouth. Zero concern or professionalism with the food this restaurant is providing customers.
Call was disconnected after I mentioned he had zero concerns for the food they are serving.
Thanked the manager for refunding the order and he simply grunted.
Avoid the pain and misery of food poisoning by not eating here.

This place makes great pizza. My only problem is that you have to order extra cheese on the pan pizzas if you want it to have a normal amount of cheese

Ordered delivery on the Pizza Hut app. Their delivery service is thru DoorDash. Paid the Pizza Hut delivery fee and a tip for the DoorDash driver. The DoorDash driver didn’t bring 1 item. DoorDash blames Pizza Hut, Pizza Hut blames DoorDash. So far no refund provided! Terrible customer service! I don’t recommend this place!

Terrible quality! The 3 pizzas I ordered were old. My kids couldn’t eat. I ordered on the app before closing and they gave me old, hard, cold pizza. I tried to request refund but owner never refunded as promised. They lost my bussiness.

Worst location ever. I bought a large pizza with onion and mushroom. It was discusting. Very very little sauce very little cheese. Hardly any of my toppings at all. I also ordered 6 wings spicy garlic wings. I asked for 1 cup of ranch. Manager said I have to pay 1 dollar for ranch. I explained to the rude manager that every place gives at least one sauce with the wings. She said not here. I will NEVER order pizza hut again. Good luck trying to find corporate to complain. Don’t order from this Pizza Hut. Their customer service is trash. They canceled your order and don’t notify you. And then the manager likes to tell you that it’s not her problem that your order did not get fulfilled. The employees are a hot mess and have no idea what they are doing. It is never done when it says it’s going to be done. Today is March 4. My pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:02 PM. I go in at 7:15 and go to get my order and she proceeds to tell me that she canceled a ton of orders because she was by herself and couldn’t fulfill her job. I asked why I wasn’t notified of the cancellation and she said that’s not her problem. Customer service should’ve notified me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with them and not being on time or not having my order. Very Unprofessional!

Holy bad pizza. I mean it was terrible. And that’s ‘after having low expectations to start. I thought it would be cute to get a heart shaped pizza on Valentines Day for my 4 year old and I. I get that’s it’s Valentines Day and Friday night which can result in a lesser experience, but it didn’t seem too busy when I picked it up. I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni bacon. There were 9 pepperoni’s on it, and they were the little cup and char style. I’m guessing they sprinkled a tablespoon of chopped bacon on it. There was a time Pizza Hut was actually decent chain pizza. It is no longer that time. 0 stars for the pizza, 1 star because you have to give one.

I went into this location and wish I had read the reviews first. I took my kid to Pizza Hut to get a Personal Pan Pizza for their Book It! Award. The Store Manager/Cook was the only person in the store. He was very abrupt and not cordial. I ordered two personal pan pizzas and two drinks. All I was told was “it will take 15 minutes”. As I was waiting, I noticed that while preparing food, he was not wearing gloves. He had sauce on his hands, and frankly I don’t think he even cleaned his hands after placing the order at the cash register. His hair was not tied back, just in a baseball cap.
Once the pizzas were done cooking, he cut the pizzas with a large pizza cutter and still did not wear gloves. He handed me the pizzas and didn’t give me a receipt until I asked for one. The receipt of course had a sauce smear on it.
I’ve reported this Pizza Hut Franchise to the McHenry County Health Department because this individual’s lack of basic sanitation standards when handling food for customers.
