You can’t get any lazier than this Dunkin’ Donuts this is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I asked for a medium vanilla, cold brew black with chocolate cold foam she gave me regular cold foam. I handed it back to her and how lazy they are she put the chocolate cold foam on top of the other cold foam.

Begging to this DD for 4 months every day between 12pm to 1230pmnever had a problem order usually comes out great but this time Monday oct20 th 1145am was a different crew person who made my coffee ice coffee could not get it right after the second time I asked for him not to make it if someone else could he got very mad swearing at me and when I tried to tell him it was nothing personal that just set him off eventually a older lady made me the new coffee after a few more employees made it clear to me that thay could just ask me to leave just because I had said to the guy that I’d rather have someone who drinks coffee make it for me cause thay know how it’s suppose to look and taste and would most likely make a better coffee the girl felt the need to tell me I was being rude I always thought you were suppose to do for the customer I guess not there thank you to the older lady that made me the coffee the right way and there’s just that saying not everybody is made to work in public serves I just wish the person in charge of that shift would of spoke up and told her people to stop the swearing at a customer who is spending cash at there store I guess thay lost a customer make that 2 customers hope thay change there attitudes and realize when your feelings are hurt it’s better to smile and let someone else take care of that customer sorry but I can’t give them any stars but I will say whoever made the sandwiches did a good job.

How hard is it to make two hot coffees I specifically ordered too hot but got one hot one iced and I ordered these in person the only reason I didn’t stick around to get it fixed it’s cuz they already took 5 minutes and I took an Uber there they only wait 4 minutes so I was lucky to have a ride when they were done screwing up my order tried to call corporate they don’t recognize the address and the person on the phone had too thick of an accent when I asked for a manager I was hung up on never going there again

This little hidden gem dunks I’m obsessed! Staff so great so nice and will sometimes sing a greeting in the drive through lol. Coffee is made perfectly every time and bacon is crispy and that all I can ask for in life! Also cute deco inside too!

Go every weekday for a coffee and donut or sandwich after work. The employees are awesome, they service is quick, the establishment is always clean, and the donuts and sandwiches are always fresh. Yes it’s a little out of the way, being behind the gas station, but awesome employees make up for that.

Ever since I started eating snacking bacon in Waltham I fell in love. Nice tasty warm bacon. I visit this Dunkin and I’m given cold bacon and told it’s supposed to be room temp and they shouldn’t be serving warm hot back at other places. Never again

Twice I have come to this location and unfortunately both times I had experienced poor customer service . The cashier this last time refused my order stating she was not making hot food she was backed up then almost immediately proceeded to go on break .

Always great coffee and the staff is always over the top friendly and great starting from the manager. Fallon and her staff never disappoint . The best Dunkin around by far.
