Terrible!!! Food and service was not good. Keep giving them a chance but it gets worse each time. This time I had to repeat the order several times and they finally repeated it back correctly but when I got to the window it was not correct. It took an extremely long time to make everything. People behind me were honking and yelling at me. I was missing items and they had to go back and get it which took even longer. When I got home we had the smallest portion of fries ever. Our food was cold and hard. You couldn’t even bite into the pretzels. The queso looked like putty. It was extremely disappointing and did not fill up my children.

This dq is stingy with the extra cheesecake bites I pay for in my blizzard. This has happened 3 times. First time there was 2 pieces of cheesecake in my entire blizzard, second time there was no cheesecake, third time there was cookie dough. My order is the chocolate extreme blizzard with cheesecake so not sure what’s so hard about that. The extra cheesecake is $.79c too so for there to be none or two pieces is robbery.

Worst experience at any restaurant ever, I was treated like I was an alien. The staff was incredibly awkward and rude. Not only was I repeatedly forgotten about in the span of 10 minutes, but had to wait an absurd amount of time for a couple of blizzards. I never thought basic customer service could seem more excruciating to a couple of employees. Any other dairy queen I’ve went to was pleasant and easy, this was not the case at all. Truly a 0 star experience.

Gosh I’m just speechless. I have bought a blizzard here almost every night of my mission and they still don’t miss! I’m getting super fat but it’s worth it for that mixing bowl!! This is more than a chain… it’s a way of life. My heart beats for the dairy queen on Blue Diamond forever ❤️

Gosh diggity dang! This place gets me up in the morning! The Blizzard is a touch straight from god! That shake with the egg nog makes me no longer fear the fog. That first fry never fails to make me cry. I’d name my kid after the workers. Woowee I could go on and on.

Dairy Queen always has great ice cream. I wanted onion rings. Visiting from out of state, I have my own favorite there. It was okay but not my my favorite. For me, an onion lover, the breading was too thick and doesn’t allow the onion taste to come through.

Got 2 kids hot dogs look like they were from 2 yrs ago..Thankfully I had hotdogs at home which is the hotdog you see in the middle of the 2 nasty ones served here. Not good for a new bussiness I won’t be back because our French fries were very old and cold also.
