ive ordered doordash from this place 3 times now. first time was amazing. second time o was missing my nuggets. whatever. i ordered enough food it didnt really matter. today i ordered again. a triple bundle and 2 sweet teas. i got my tea’s and my sandwiches. and on top of that my burger had a beard hair in it. so i tried to contact the store (number on here is wrong) and failed. eventually got in touch with the mew general manager (frances mcclary) who in turned yelled at me for wanting my food and insisted I put the hair in the food. definitely don’t go here!

Food was Burger King – standard fare. Service was odd, we had a group with a few orders, two average and one large. The first two small orders were filled quickly, but the large order took ages to get ready, with almost six other parties being served before any food came out for that order at all. Staff constantly rotated positions in the kitchen, and it seemed no one had an assignment or dedicated role.

I don’t know how this BK stays open. No cars at drive-thru. If the employee would have stopped interrupting me, he would have rang my order up right. I got to the window & told him that my order was wrong on the drive-thru screen. He said that he didn’t know how to correct it…yelled someone’s name…closed the window & left me sitting there. I left. That’s the second time this happened to me at this BK. Same kind of scenario. Another visit, I was served a burger that was frozen in the middle. Three strikes = out!

My family and I were in the drive through, and our window server, Rena, gave wonderful customer service! She even greeted the customers behind us with the Burger King motto! She was respectful, friendly, and gladly tended to our needs! It felt as if we were talking to a friend, rather than an employee. I would recommend her services to anyone eating at Burger King, or any other establishment

I went to Burger King for their 2 for $6 special. What a great deal for the price. The chicken sandwich was hot and fresh and the single quarter pounder was delicious! The entire staff seemed to be happy and enjoying their job even though they looked busy. The store seems like they need more people in the evening to help with the rush. Andrews is a small town and limited on places to eat so that would be my only suggestion

Just waited over 20 minutes at the drive through without my order even being taken despite there being only a single car at the drive through when I arrived. I left went through the drive through at McDonalds which had 4 cars in front of me, placed my order, recieved it and as I drove back past Burger King the car that had been behind me at their drive through was still sitting and waiting by the intercom menu! That level of service is ridiculous. If there’s some problem with the drive through, please put out a sign or at least tell the customer over the intercom, but to leave people sitting there like that is not only unprofessional, it’s plain rude. Next time I’ll just wait through the line at McDonalds to begin with. There might a wait but at least I know someone is working there.

Stopped by while driving through to t he city. I stood at the counter for 10 mins whike the employees stood in the back having a conversation clearly not related to work. The young lady looked at me standing and waiting at the counter. Instead of taking my order she walked to the back yo continue her conversation with the other two people who were clearly not working either. I observed that there was no food being prepared at all. It is 1045am …and I had to look for other food option in the next town.

Wanted to order a bacon double cheeseburger today and it was advertised for $2.59 on the drive thru board. I was going to order a large soda too but when the cashier gave me my total, it was almost a dollar more than it should have been. I asked why he rang up the burger for $2.99 instead of $2.59 and he said that was pre tax price. Last time I checked, tax on $2.59 is NOT 40¢. He said he just worked there and didn’t make the prices. Before I almost cursed him out, I drove away. I know when I attended the same highschool as he, I learned how to count. As much as this town wanted a Burger King…we sure did loose on this one.
