I placed an order online, and about an hour later I showed up and it still wasn’t ready. At first I was annoyed, but I looked around and saw several people waiting. Thought ok, they must be busy. As I stood and watched, busy was an understatement. People were ordering multiple pizzas at a time, one guy even had 8. As a watch the board over 16 orders were coming it at a time. This crew was moving! They were working hard, and after seeing some unhappy (hangry) customers, their attitude remained positive. I just want to say great job to the crew. If people saw the whole picture, they would understand what it takes to run a business, even if it’s just making pizza.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We ordered a future delivery for over an hour past order time. Pizza was still over 20 mins late. Then one of the pizzas weren’t even what we ordered. Asked for a replacement and were told 45 mins (ridiculous, we live 5 mins away) and we’ve waited over an hour still for the replacement. Just called and were told it would be another 10-15 mins. Absolutely horrible service. Especially considering its a Wednesday and not a weekend (their busiest times). I miss our pizza hut more every day. They would NEVER. This is absolute bullshit. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I dislike; At Domino’s has gone to a call center for Domino’s. It makes it hard to ask questions about your certain Domino’s in your area and get answers. There was a couple mix-ups due to this. When I got my order delivered I had gotten four smaller soda bottles because they were out of 2 liters. They also messed up on the pizza with no cheese. They they put cheese on it. The delivery person in it was very helpful in speaking with me to one of the associates at the local Domino’s.
They had told me I had ordered it wrong because I needed to say “no cheese” and not just “no pizza cheese” as labeled on the receipt; because they are different. When I spoke to the call center I had said “no cheese” not ” no pizza cheese” because supposedly they are different. But when I spoke to them I had said “no cheese period”. They did remake that one pizza but of course part of my family had to wait longer because they had to remake it and the delivery driver had to deliver it. We got ham and pineapple pizza, mango, habanero wings, cheesy, breadsticks, ranch, and marinara. All of which were great.

Excellent customer service! Got a mix up with my carry out order, made it home before I realized, they were so amazing when I called them, they fixed the order and even got it to me! The customer service will definitely be the reason I come here again!! 5 stars!!

Would be 5 if they would bring the sauce you pay a dollar for everytime. That’s the only bad thing I have to say I have only gotten my sauce 3 times I believe and I call sometimes they bring it like they say they will others not.

I ordered 2 pizzas, a thin crust, extra cheese, and other toppings. When I got them, there was NOT any extra cheese, and hardly any of the meat toppings. Also, the crust part was burnt. I was really disappointed.

I was in town for one night on a motorcycle trip and had pizza delivered to the Hampton Inn and Suites in Craig. Prices were reasonable and it arrived quickly and hot. My delivery instructions were followed precisely. Not sure why, but this pizza was much better than when I get in my hometown. Keep up the good work!
