Really did not want to leave a one star review because my husband and I really love coming here but yesterday, I went onto THEIR legitimate website…it said open…placed an order..they took my money and I go to pick it up and they are closed when their website and google says open. So basically my money was stolen and I got no food and have to wait 4-5 days for a refund. Thanks.

Don’t order from here food is horrible the ppl there are rude if they mess up don’t expect anything back they don’t put names on your orders they go to the wrong address and don’t own up to it there cheap I guess because they wouldn’t bring my food again. Good place would it own up to it and deliver your order again if they mess up.

First time ordering from here, and will never make that mistake again. The pizza dough tasted rancid, and both the BBQ sauce and the pizza sauce were salty. So much so, that I requested a refund from the delivery company and had to trash the food. How do you mess up pizza!?! Fresh ingredients and people who take pride in what they’re serving will always win! I wish I could give this zero stars. Absolutely, unacceptable.

The Counter staff are a bunch of flakes. I’m tired of having to call 2-3 times to place my delivery order correctly. Then I saw they have been writing my cc number on the order receipt when I pay for delivery with a cc. No more phone orders. People are ex cons working phones. I will go pick up and pay for my food. I Had to cancel my cc/debit card after I saw that tonight. Mary the owner is so nice, counter staff have to go.

I love their regular round with xxcheese delivered to my home. They have come in sleet and snow…no matter the weather I can count on my favorite Pizza at my door in 30 minutes or so. They have always been gracious to me. Love buying local.

I have never had a bad meal or bad service at Katrina’s. If they don’t deliver to where you live, then get in the car and go pick it up. Not every restaurant delivers outside a certain area. Get over it. I love their wings too. Not known as a wing place but I do enjoy them.

Although the pizza crust was nice and had a good bite, the pizza was wet in the middle. Some toppings were from a can or jar and friendly waitress didn’t list all the toppings on the house pizza. It was full of raw onions. The large tossed salad was small and consisted mostly of iceberg lettuce and onions. We were offered a nice slice of complimentary anniversary cake which was a nice touch.
