Not pleasant experience as a deaf person, they took advantage of looking away to make sure we cannot get their attention, and worker hit one my slushie and it spilled, they still give it to me and walked away. Ignoring us entire time, served people who ordered after me.

I placed a mobile order for pick-up at counter. The burgers were sloppy with excessive pickles and condiments and luke warm. The french fries were petrified (some fresh blended with mostly old/stale ones). Check your food before leaving or go to the other location right up the road.

I started an order, went to a kiosk… it didn’t work – wouldn’t let me log in with the QR code or 4-digit number. It just kept saying “Try again?”. I tried another one – same thing. (I had just used the App the day before and it worked fine…) I lost 3000 points but didn’t realize until I got to work in DC to try another McDonald’s. Small amount of points but still frustrating. I’ve lived nearby for 3 years and this was my first time at this store – very disappointed.

Been here mostly for Doordash orders, once for myself. Every time I’ve waited 20+ minutes for someone to notice me while my food sat behind the counter the whole time. They were super weird about the Doordash orders, questioning me way too much about whether I was supposed to be getting it when I literally had the order on my phone. When I was getting food for myself, they attended to people behind me in line. My food was ready, I had already ordered it and just needed someone to hand it to me. I tried to get someone’s attention as friendly as I could and I was ignored. Don’t know what that was all about but the food was definitely not worth the wait and all of that effort.

Havnt gotten to my sandwich yet but my fries were really lack luster. I appreciate that they are open because I am working an 11 hour day in an unexpected location but I fries were bottom of the barrel and barely warm. This experience could have been better…

I’m used to going to mcdonalds ordering a plain mcdouble and fries and always getting a hot order. This place idk the most basic things they dont get right. Last time my order was wrong, this time my order was wrong after waiting like 30 mins in line. Then when I get it its cold and like they just tossed the sandwich together. If you want a quick bite better off going to chick fil a or something the wait times here are always long and the food is subpar even for a McDonald’s. Y’all should plz do better

New manager is rude!! Does not convey instructions to pick up window when taking orders…. I asked specifically for my hash browns to be fresh 2 days in a row and I get them somewhat warm and mushy… Will not be stopping at this McDonald’s anymore…. Manager needs an attitude adjustment!!!
