I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The worker was extremely rude he threw the money on the counter instead of handing it to me and spoke with a bad attitude. When I politely asked for a coffee with cream and sugar, he literally said “WHAT?” in a disrespectful tone. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable for customer service. I hope management takes action to improve how customers are treated. He was an Indian man with a horrible attitude and the costumers behind me he treated them so nice I watched how he was treating them better when I asked him so politely for one coffee and he threws the money in the counter.

Great location next to the Turnpike. Service was fast. Coffee was surprisingly well made. We got 2 large hot lattes.

So, idk how many people know this. But if you leave New England and head down the east coast. Right about where you would hit Virginia, the taste of dunks coffee changes. They add an additive called Chicopee nut into the grounds to keep them fresh in the heat longer. But it also adds a bitter flavor to the coffee. So be warned only the colder states have the best Dunkin’s coffee. So my favorite dunks store is in Nashua, NH on the corner of main st and canal st. Best coffee mixers in town!

We were at Dunkin around 11:45 PM EST ( it closes at 12:00 AM) and the employee doesn’t care to atleast be gentle and say that ‘we are closing’ , he just made gesture and left
Worst behavior!!

He doesn’t like customer so we would never visit.

This is the 1st DD I’ve been to that ran out of midnight coffee. And apparently doesn’t care. They tried to sell me two coffees, a regular and an expresso instead of a midnight brew.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and got just a bagel and a drop of cream cheese. I also ordered hot chocolate, but it tasted like water with a slight hint of chocolate. Terrible. Just water. Their hot chocolate machine clearly wasn’t working, though they probably don’t even have one. All the staff members were rude. I hope they close your establishment.

I come here two or three times a week before going to school, and I can only say the service gets worse and worse. I was under the impression that caramel iced coffee was a beverage because other locations have it, but when I asked if this location could add a caramel swirl to my order, they said that that was not a drink and could not be done. Furthermore, last time I came to Dunkin’, I was unsure of how the “Free Classic Donut” in exchange for filling out a survey worked, as this location has never given me my receipt even when I ask. The one time I got my receipt back, I presented the receipt to the cashier, who showed it to the manager. The manager looks at me with a very rude attitude and tone and goes, “Why should I give you a free Donut?” and I proceeded to tell her that I did not know that I had to fill out the survey because the receipt confused me. She came over, pointed at my receipt, and said, “Why should I give you a free donut?” again and walks away from me. Lastly, the lady who was preparing my donuts two times in a row picked all of my donuts up with the same paper and did not put them in the bag before picking the next one up, resulting in all of them being squished and crumbled. I am very dissatisfied with the service at this Dunkin’ Donuts, as the crew and manager are very rude and do not seem to care to provide satisfactory customer service.

Wish I could give it NO Stars. Went in with my son for a coffee and a latte and had the worst service from any employee ever. The older woman working behind the counter (5pm 10/24/20) acted as if she was bothered that I asked for a coffee and a frozen latte. She rolled her eyes and threw my change on the counter at me. I then dared to ask for a straw, to which she ignored me, my young son then asked and she threw it at him saying that “I told you it was on the table”
I will never be going back there. Apparently they allow rude staff to work there.
I wish I could have videoed the service. Just terrible.

It is a Dunkin’ Donuts located inside a gas station store. When they are short staffed, expect to wait. I’ve used this Dunkin’ Donuts plenty of times, and I would say the majority of the times it’s understaffed. However, I will still use this Dunkin’ Donuts as it’s extremely convenient for me when I’m in this area.
