We are pretty much one of those faithful customers (for over now 19 years!!!) and TBH you definitely can’t go wrong with this guys…Back then the owner used to be handling the business a sweet old guy. Now he clearly instructed his crew to follow the recipe and keep the customer service on point! Yeah few mistakes here and there, like no particular kind of sodas or sometimes be late on deliveries, no big deal, this guys ARE BUSY RUNNING AROUND…

Pizza very burnt. Called them back. They took a while to answer my concern. Asked I bring it back to get a new one made. I don’t live nearby, I was on the freeway when I noticed. Stuck in traffic. Would not offer a discount or free one on my next order. First time this has happened. Both pizzas burnt! Not nice crispy… BURNT. Mushrooms (burnt to ashes), pepperoni burnt hard and dry and cheese burnt hard. The bottom was good so how does this happen? Had to toss and get from competitor. I could not present this to my guests!

September 27, at about 9.30 pm, I went with my son to enjoy a pizza, however the customer service is terrible, the gentleman who attended me practically yelled at me and I had to refute him not to yell at me, just because I did not understand the menu since toppings can be added, it was my first time in the place and I did not know how they work, no one has to yell at me and more if you are working attending to the customer, It’s your job to serve customers well!
