Ordered online ahead of time and used the online 50% off coupon for regular priced items. App stated it would be ready at 4pm and it was ready earlier @ 3:52. Everything looked fairly correct. Worker at the window was kind of dry acting – he opened up the window and said “NAME” – felt like I was bothering him for picking up my order.

Would give zero stars.. ordered thru app, stated available to pickup by no later than 5:38pm. Pulled into drive thru, I was only customer in lane at the time. Dude was slow..handed me receipt for signature which is stupid being that I paid online & they got their money. While this was going on, 2 more vehicles pulled in behind me. So he takes the receipt back & then asked me to pull around to the front door & he said that he would bring my order to the car. Ok so it’s already 5:45 & don’t have my order. The drive thru cleared.. I’m in the car waiting…20 to 30 minutes later I walked in & said Where’s my food?? 2 deer in the headlights looking back at me…then the dude walks over to the warmer counter & picks up my order & brings it to the front counter. I was furious!!! I asked why did you tell me to pull around to the front & tell me you’d bring my order to the car when it was ready BUT INSTEAD you placed it under the warmer??? Deer in headlights again…I ordered a pie for my son, XL & wings for myself, asked that wings be cooked well done because I don’t like salmonella in my chicken. So they burned the wings.. pulled meat off the bones & gave it to our dogs..I will not go back to this store again. LESSON LEARNED I have better ways to kill my time other than being lied to by Deer in headlights

I won’t be returning to this Papa John’s store. Instead of brushing the bread sticks with butter, it was poured on top of them and all over in the box. There was so much that it leaked onto the box beneath it and left a mess on the seat of my car. I’m upset that I bothered to leave a tip for such sloppy work. Just lazy.

Idk what they are doing here but it is not good. The pizza is bad, the sides are worse. They can’t even make a cheese pizza right. Plus the prices are nuts for the terrible cardboard crust they are serving

I ordered a well done pizza and it was a little too well done for our taste, but the manager was quick to send one back out with no issue and a good attitude. Polite staff, quick service.

They did ok but for the love of cleanliness wear gloves. Ran the card with flour hands and went right back to making pizza all naked handed.

The food is decent. The guys here are pretty good with their customer service skills. The red head little girl always lacks customer service skills and seems to never really want to be there. I suppose when I order from here I’ll need to do it during school hours. I didn’t want to leave a review like this the first time, so I waited til the 3rd time. Poor customer service skills on her part, but the rest of the crew has always been rather nice.
