I run at the local fire company near this location. We’re about 3 miles away. We recently had a snow storm that shut everything down in the area for the day. We were happy that it was open here. We ordered 4 pizzas and honestly were shocked at the price. We didn’t get anything special. We were hungry and just paid for it since it was the only place open. We even drove the fire truck there and weren’t even offered a discount or even a thanks for your service or nothing. Really disappointing honestly.
The pizza was honestly some of the worse pizza I have ever had from Papa johns. The crust had no seasoning on it like it normally did. And somehow the large pizzas seemed to be smaller than ever.
Overall really made most of us very annoyed.
Wish I would’ve taken pictures of the amount of crap we had to go to get the pizza and the pizzas in general.
Not going to recommend anyone to come here after this experience.

The pizza was not prepared as requested. Ordered an Epic garlic stuffed crust pizza well done with pepperoni and mushroom. Half was pepperoni half plain. No mushrooms. Crust was not garlic. Pizza was raw and doughy. Not well done. May have been a smaller size than large as requested. It was an epic mess for a total price with delivery and tip of $35. Very disappointing.

Put a delivery in for 3pm.. 45 minutes past 3 my food never arrived, so I called. They said they were waiting for a driver. I said it’s been almost an hr. So I went and picked it up. The driver lady came in behind me. I said I hope you refund my delivery fee. The lady said is it for so and so. I said yea. She said I just got the notification 2 minutes ago. I said we’ll I put this in for 3pm delivery for my kids and walked out.

I’m 32 years old and only had Papa John’s for the first time on new years of 2022. Delivery took a LONG time since it was a holiday and they only have one driver so I order earlier if I do delivery or I pick it up myself since it’s less than 2 miles away. By far the best pizza chain I’ve ever had. Their stuffed crust pizza and garlic parm sticks are my favorite. I mostly see younger kids in the st Lawrence Ave and they are friendly and polite and do a fantastic job. My food is always consistent and never under or over cooked. I will be tipping them every time I go there from now on (even if i pick it up myself) because of the service I receive which means a lot to me. Don’t be petty about the wait times. They only have one driver delivering all these orders. It’s not their fault people don’t want to work.

Pizza was burnt crust with sauce NO CHEESE. When I called for a refund they couldn’t bc it was door dash . Sent another but the girl was coughing all over on the phone and took 3 times to get my info. Delivery driver was rude . Turned off . Will not be returning.

I usually love this pizza at the St Lawrence location…the yummy sauce and chewy crust. I frequently order a thin crust veggie pizza and the last one tasted awful. The onions were big thick raw chunks instead of thin rings, and the peppers tasted raw too. I like the veggies to be cooked. The whole thing wasn’t right, so obviously whomever makes them is inconsistent. They have also been very delayed with delivery on two occasions, but they don’t post that on the website to warn customers or offer you anything in return like a coupon, credit, or voucher for something. It’s not the customer’s problem they can’t find good help. Those little pizzas are expensive. They should be consistent or close for the night if they don’t have help that knows how to make a pizza.

Apparently if you order online you’re supposed to call ahead of time to let them know. That’s what the rude employee told me. I have a large family so we order 6 pizzas at a time. If ordering 6 pizzas on a slow Sunday is too much the kids working there should find new jobs

Though the wait was slightly longer than I wanted, I got my pizza right when it came out of the oven. It was obvious this place was busy as 4-5 delivery divers came in and quickly left with orders in the 5-10 minutes I waited the Friday we were there. We ordered online and it seemed like they weren’t updating the App but honestly I think it was right, that they were just finishing prep of the pizza when we walked in. I was happy to see that at least this location (don’t know how many stores in this franchise do this) offers a Monday night 40%off military discount on regularly priced items. I think Monday pizza night is going to become a normal in our house…
