Lima Pizzeria has good food, especially pizza. The staff have good work ethic but the food pick up times are not accurate. My order was marked “Ready for Pickup” but was not ready for pick up. When I asked for the order I was told a couple of minutes but it turned into a 20 minute wait time.

Lima Pizza holds a special space in my family’s heart. So today, it was only fitting that my grandmother and I stopped in after visiting her heart surgeon (we’ve lived in Lewes for some time now). She lived on Pennell Road most of her life, and Lima vegetarian pizzas have always been something her 84-year-old soul found comfort in. The last couple of weeks have been especially heavy as we care for her equally Lima Pizza loving aficionado , who’s taken a turn for the worst on hospice. We brought a box to go for the ride back to Lewes and smiled as we shared memories of eating at good ol’ Lima Pizza. Thank you for everything you continue to do to provide the nostalgic meals we love ❤️. Also, for bringing a little old lady from Lewes, DE, a great pizza filled with nostalgia.

I got the royal. I am very glad I did. I waited a half hour which I didn’t care for. This was a wonderful soupy well orchestrated collaboration of many tastes injected into a cheesesteak. The meat did not get lost. Normally that’s not a great description but with so many other tastes, the meat not getting lost is a good compliment. The roll did an amazing job. $9, that’s a good thing. Very good Cheesesteak experience.

I don’t know what rating to give an establishment that doesn’t have slice pies? How am I supposed to sample their product? They offer a whole pie, but I don’t want to commit to a whole pie if I don’t like their pizza. So it’s kind of a double double edge sword. Please let me know when you do offer a slice pie for people just passing through.

I was visiting from out of state and found this small but fabulous place. I’m normally stuck with Domino’s or Pizza hut around home and this was definitely a welcome reminder of what pizza is supposed to be. Great atmosphere and the owner was so nice.

There are so many good, quality, authentic pizza shops in the area – this is not it. Seemed like a frozen pizza reheated. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many hand tossed pizza spots in the area.

Moved to central PA and hubby just brought me the BEST Delco Cheesesteak from home, perfect in every way just like I remember from 20 years ago in my yute. Just as God intended a cheesesteak to be. Can’t get ’em here so Thanks, Lima Pizza, you rawk!

I see Slice is a common area of frustration. They’d get 0 stars from me due to similar complaints I’ve read on here.
I want to commend Becky from Lima Pizza for her attention to customer service when I called numerous times with my complaints. She didn’t rush me off the phone, expressed genuine understanding of how I felt in the situation, and did all she could to address my concerns. I even already knew from her that the food would be at least a little late for understandable reasons. She’s the only reason I’d even try them again, though the pizza was delicious as well.
5 stars for the Lima Service, but 0 stars for Sice, who doesn’t get addresses correct and brings cold food 45 minutes later than expected.
