Can no longer trust anyone making my pizzas anymore. All the time I come in as a dasher to pickup orders I see associates not washing hands before touching food. Literally touching all sorts of counter spaces, dealing with money, wiping away stuff on their clothes etc and then right to making the food just because they “gotta be on time” means we skip all sanitation guidelines…. but this a large problem with A LOT of restaurants

Super awesome delivery. I finished mowing and left a note outside asking him to leave it on the front porch. The last thing I expected was a reply on the note saying that my lawn looked great! Made my day!

Worker seemed pretty stressed out. I normally love papa johns but the pizza barely had anything on it. It just wasnt good thin crust just tasted like an old cracker. The pizzas i ordered weren’t even the right size.

Order at 5:45 on a week night and was ready within 20 minutes for pick up. Asked for extra Alfredo sauce and received it, the chicken and tomato on the Alfredo pepperoni stuffed crust was really good. The BBQ chicken with onions and pineapple was really good and not gross like others stated. Would recommend this Papa John’s

Terrible customer service. After not going to Papa Johns for awhile because of incorrect orders, I decided to give them another chance. Asked for light cheese as I can’t have much and they put on what looks like extra. The large pizza is advertised as 14″ but is clearly isn’t. The only good thing was the breadsticks, they were great. I contacted the store about the pizza twice and was ready to bring it back but no response for days. Ended up removing it from the fridge and throwing it out. Ended up getting an email awhile later saying I’d be refunded, which never happened.
Spoke to the manager, Albert I believe and he promised he would give me a call back in a day or two for a refund or credit after speaking to his manager and then never called me back. Don’t go here. Terrible service. Go to five star or piesanos instead.

I picked up our online order and had purchased the pepperoni pizza, bacon pizza, and garlic bread sticks. The place was a bit on the dirty side, and had an odd smell in the building. The staff were quick to greet me and friendly. The bread sticks are out of this world, and so flavorful. The pizzas we received on the other hand were skimped on for the meat toppings. I would be back for bread sticks just because of how good they were

ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE SERVICE BY THE MANAGER DJ!! She is rude. Not customer friendly and the pizza is horrible. Do not order from here. Go to another pizza shop. We didn’t get to have dinner and she REFUSED to give us a credit!! Unacceptable!!! There are several reviews of this nature and apparently the GM Albert is either aware and doesn’t care of the service that is being provided here !

I have no problems with this location. It’s not far from me, so the carryout deal is awesome for when you’ve worked all day and just dont feel like cooking. Staff has always been attentive and my order is always correct and good. Only complaint is the location is in a busy area, but that’s not their fault.

I have no idea why some of the reviews are saying very badly about this place. I went here yesterday night to order and everyone was super friendly and nice. It took less than 15 minutes for my pizza to be ready for pick up. The food was absolutely delicious. Papa Johns is my favorite pizza brand and I’m grateful for their awesome service and food. And thank you for wishing me a happy birthday <3
