The meatballs were juicy and soft and the marina sauce was alright.
The place was clean, the food served was hot and tasty. The food served is a bit expensive for the ambience it provides but then again folks, you are in Natick. All the restaurants around are expensive.
Do a take away, ask for the pizza to be well done and savor it. You cannot go wrong with the meatball sandwich.
went to this little hole in le wall and ordered an eggplant parm and then a kids tenders and fries. The prices were reasonable and my eggplant parm was… okay.
We then waited 30 minutes (no exaggeration) for a 3 piece kids tenders and fries. Also, there were always 1 or 2 people in the store when we were in here so it’s not like they were busy and so could give them some leeway about le wait. 30 minutes for a kids meal is pretty crazy when no one was sitting down and there were more chefs in the kitchen than customers. (Another note: the fries were bad, I mean how could you screw up fries??) LOL
I finished my food before my friend who had to eat without me, I mean you’d think the kids meal would come first. We definitely expected more from this place and don’t plan on coming back anytime soon
We ordered their take out last night and the chicken fingers and chicken wings were substantially smaller in size, like 35% minimally smaller, the pizza was just OK compared to weeks ago. I’m hopeful that it was just a bad night for them, especially since we are close in proximity but I must admit things weren’t up to the standard that I’m used to there.
The previous owners Louie, Anastasia, and their children Jimmy and Angela always ran a tight operation.
Picture of small vs. large calzone.
