I was so indecisive what I wanted. Ms. Kay was servicing me. She helped me decide on the brown stew chicken. A phenomenal recommendation, the meat is smoked and fell right off the bone (humm). She also told me that I would fall in love with the mac & cheese, and that is so TRUE! I bought a small platter because I was by myself, but I wish I had a group of friends to indulge with me, 10 out of 10 spot. The customer service was super friendly. Shout out to Julius for helping figure out Kay’s name! I will be returning in the future.

Very pleasant very clean they were very knowledgeable especially Seven. Shamar made sure to ask questions as we didn’t know what we wanted. Both gentlemen were very patient. Ashley finalized our night with a pleasant smile and amazing customer service. Only one thing i wish the oxtail gravy was thicker as that’s how i usually prefer mine. I will certainly be back. Oh and the manager.. superb

I love their new location. The food is always delicious and their patties are really good “full of meet and very crusty. There is seating so you can sit and have lunch dinner. The staff is very friendly and will give your their suggestion on what is the best choice today.

The staff were very professional and friendly 10/10.They greeted us when we walked in!!!! The curry chicken was very hot and tasteful 10/10. The jerk pork was good also that my husband had ordered , but too much fat was left on it..8/10. We will be back soon.

Golden Crest looks beautiful on the outside, but what good is that if the doors are closed during posted business hours? I arrived at 9:00 PM on a Friday, planning to grab a bite before heading next door for dessert at the ice cream parlor that’s open until 11, but the doors were already closed and everything cleaned up.
If your hours say 10 PM, customers should be able to walk in until 10 PM; not find the place shut down an hour early. Very disappointing experience.

Here on vacation and this is the worst Jamaican restaurant I been to the Oakra and saltfish is more okra and tomatoes than saltfish ask for callalloo and saltfish and looking for the saltfish the server ain’t pleasant at all ask for half okra and saltfish and callaloo and saltfish and she refused tell me I have to get the callaloo and saltfish separate which cost $9.79 take a look see if u see saltfish blow guess the owner ain’t pull the staff up never had any fry dumplin but it’s on receipt call to resolved this problem no call back so I said let me leave my review just won’t go back

Just tried the jerk chicken from Golden Krust in Miramar. The ambiance of the place is a solid 10/10—really inviting and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the flavor of the jerk chicken fell short. It was very mild and lacked the bold, authentic jerk spice kick you’d expect. Honestly, it tasted only slightly spicier than Pollo Tropical’s chicken. Jerk chicken should pack a punch, and this one just didn’t deliver. I’m hoping the other dishes haven’t been toned down the same way—looking forward to trying more from the menu soon.

Golden Crust has the absolute best curry chicken not to mention their oxtail is great and it’s very authentic tasting in my all-around favorite has to be rice in peace with jerk chicken they’re jerk chicken absolutely falls off the bone. The employees are very nice the cooks must be great cuz the food is always good I haven’t been there one time in the food not been good and I’ve been there multiple times at least over 30 times I hope this review helps you make the right choice because if you go to Golden Krust Caribbean restaurant I guarantee you you made the right choice even though it’s kind of commercial I know real Jamaican food and it’s real Jamaican food. I don’t remember if they serve wine there or beer but you don’t need it cuz the atmosphere is such a vibe I love it honestly I’ve been there three times this week oh and don’t get me started on their panties date are so full of delicious meat no Diddy and the crust is very flaky. So if you get a chance stop by Golden Krust and do yourself a favor.
