That was dry, and did not meet my expectations. Chicken should be moist and wet from sauce, fries should be tasty from the seasoning but everything was bland and dry tonight.
We ordered two chicken sandwiches. One was a mild the other Hot Honey. See pictures for how dry they were. Even adding mayonnaise didn’t help the situation.

Our dine in experience was fine. Nice staff, average service. Similar to all other Wingstop visits.
Ordered our favorite classic flavors. It came out piping hot which was great, especially for the fried! Still love my Louisiana rub, good seasoning, crunchy and not dry. My favorite American wing chain!
Cost has definitely gone up but the 10 piece combo was perfect for me and my 10 yo son.

it is pretty ridiculous how many times i have gone to go pick up my order, waited in the lobby for 30 minutes and then be told my order has been on the counter the entire time. I had a lady come up to me with my cups and wtvr said the food would be a minute i am in there for 25+ minutes every single time and they always always just stand around there while there’s bags on the little shelf. Cold food for $50 is beyond ridiculous i promise you the everett one is way better.

Staff gave my order to a family who returned with it 10 mins later so they could get their actual order. Lady turned and tried giving it to me. I asked if that family had just returned it and she blatantly lied to me and said no it was just made. 100% wasn’t the case. I was there for about 45 minutes in total and it was a takeout order.

Bunch of punk kids running a store that has sucked since they opened. Husband drove more then 30 minutes to get dinner waited forever finally made it home to dry boneless wings with a dusting of parmesan on the top couple even though he asked for extra since we know this store cant sauce. Called and spoke to the shift supervisor who was like sorry I will talk to the crew then after some rounds said well we can refund the next time your in then I asked who the manager is i speak to tomorrow and he tells me I can’t tell you that then I finally got out of him the gms name and asked when she will be available and he hung up on me…

Wanted to try out Wingstop for the first time and based on this experience it will likely be the last time I will give them a try. I ordered the Garlic Parmesean and Lemon Pepper wings as part of a box deal and an order of chicken tenders, all came out to roughly $50. When I got the food home the wings were inedible, they were cold and overcooked with no sauce or seasoning on them.
The next day when I called to ask for a refund the manager working there argued with me about not finding my order, put me on hold for several minutes, then asked me for a call-back number so he could call me back HOURS later (his words). I thankfully found the order myself in my email and got the refund after some more argumenting.
Staff was friendly and nice – management was appalling and I wouldn’t recommend this or any Wingstop to anyone after this experience.

Never been to a wing stop before. Super excited to try something new in Monroe. Very nice friendly service. Went at lunchtime place was empty. They told me they cook fresh to order so my bone in wings would take 18 minutes. Awesome I like fresh hot food. My order was done in 2 minutes …2 so they were clearly not cook fresh as the were only slightly warm. I don’t like sauce so I ordered plain and DRY lemon pepper rub. Clearly DRY means something completely different in wing stop language. My wings were thickly coated in some sort of weird oil/butter sauce that reminded me of fake movie theater butter. Then they heavily over seasoned to the point of being almost unedible. I got a side of their Louisiana DRY rub for my plain wings it again was not Dry but a rub mixed in their weird oil butter sauce. My stomach hurts now and I will never be back to this or any Wingstop.
