My husband and I went to wintersville subway when we got home to eat there was only 2 pieces of chicken on our subs. When I called the manager told me they was made correctly. I hung up. I’m never going to wintersville location again

I would not give this Subway a good standing.Due to the fact you go in and free employees are standing there goofing off finding it funny.But they do not have any bread.But white bread left while they have friends from school.Or other people standing around joking with them

I ordered 2 footlong subs, Philly cheese steak,there was hardly any meat on it, more lettuce ( mostly core), and a sweet onion terriaki with provolone ( which was old) the lettuce was hard and mostly core also. Very poor,won’t be eating, ( either my wife or I) for quite a while.

Poor service. I placed an order online for the first time. When I got there to pick it up it wasn’t ready. I had waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged and finally finding out the order wasn’t ready. The employee kept asking my name and questioning if maybe it was under another name. I told her repeatedly I had used the app to order for the first time and maybe I did it wrong. She finally took my phone and saw that I didn’t give the payment info. Finally they made my sandwich. When I checked out they charged me $1.00 more than the price on the app. Very disappointed being asked repeatedly and making me feel like I did something wrong. Will not return to that specific restaurant.

I had a $25 gift card and logged I to my account and placed an order that I then added my debit card to for the difference but the order didn’t go thru 2 hours before they closed and I’m 5 minutes down the road and they still charged me the difference and I cannot get it credited back to the my account. I will never order from them again after years of ordering! They wouldn’t take the order but charged my debit card and added it to the gift card! I called the store 3 times with no help!!

The girl who made my food, her name I forget, a attractive blonde, had the worst attitude ever. I felt like I was bothering her bc i was trying to get my food. I actually apologized when ordering the extras I wanted on my sandwich bc I felt like a massive burden. The food is great. Her, not so much. Pretty sure the only reason she was hired was bc the person in charge of hiring is a guy and she’s easy on the eyes. Her attitude turned my stomach and I haven’t been back since. Not sure that I will return and I love Subway

Great service. I even worked there and it was a dope experience. The rushes were overwhelming a bit but what to do u expect they are rushes.

That particular Subway is the worst of all the local Subways. The staff are not friendly and they always seem like it is a total burden just to assist you. If I wasn’t with someone who was really hungry I would have left immediately.
