My husband suggested stopping there for lunch to go and they had a great selection of sandwiches. I got the Chicken Chipotle crunch and he got the roast beef sub. While we were waiting, I saw a man sitting and eating and he had the best looking French fries so I decided to add to our order the regular size naked fries. They were the tastiest, hardiest fries I’ve ever had. The sandwiches were meaty and very tasty as well. Cannot wait to go back!

After seeing the commercial multiple times, I decided to finally give a try. The classic Philly cheese steak is soooo good. The meet the vegetables the bread everything cooked to perfection none of it was heavily cooking oil or grease it was perfect. I ate a whole medium Sub which is actually a good size. The medium honestly is like a large at most places so you’re getting a good bang for buck. The customer service is nice the young people are nice working there. I would definitely come back and recommend this to others

The Angus Cheesesteak sub was delicious. Very good. The place was clean. As far as service, Conner was at the front counter and did an excellent job taking care of us as well as everyone that came in. It was pretty busy, but he was on top of his game. Give that guy a raise. Atmosphere? It’s a sub shop with some chairs, hard benches and tables. It was fine.

I have to say, first and foremost, the service you receive at the Canfield location, is 10 stars. Hands down, best service. The minute you step foot in the door, you are welcomed like you just walked into a place to meet ur best friends. Aaayyyyy! Everyone is SO nice and it seems like they have a fantastic staff. The manager was there while I was picking up my food, and she was very kind. From a customer’s standpoint, this location is being run beautifully.
Being a vegetarian, it can be very difficult to find subs that actually taste good, but without question, the vegetarian sub at Capriotti’s is our favorite. The ONLY reason I gave a 4 star rating, is because they changed their fries a while back. The flat fries were superior and honestly, shame on the person who made that decision to get rid of them. I know it was probably someone higher up within the company, but that was a huge bummer. The flat fries are what made Capriotti’s really stand out from other places. Ya’ll have got to bring them back. Even if it’s to offer both style of fries maybe? Bring back the flat fries and that 5 stars is yours 😀 Keep up the great work, Canfield Capriotti’s!

We were in the area, and this shop had shown up on FB. The reviews and photos looked good. There is only room for 14 at tables for dine in. We ordered a large classic cheesesteak to share. I think 3 people could have been satisfied. It was about 5 minutes from order to table. The food was delicious. The quality of the steak was very good. The bread was the best I’ve had in years. We added hot peppers for some zip. I’ll be back again tomorrow

We have been coming here at least twice a month since they opened up in Canfield and have been very happy with the service and the food.
My only complaint is the fact that they have always given a free grilled cheese sandwich with the purchase of a large sub, but now you can only get that if you order online, which is fine except for the fact that you can’t customize your order online so we have to call and place an order each time and so now we don’t get the grilled cheese.
This is not the fault of the owners of this franchise but rather the fault of the corporate office, they need to fix their website.
Also my only other complaint is the fact that the past two times we have ordered here the quantity of our sandwiches have really been reduced. We are used to the sandwiches being full of meat and lettuce and such.
I have noticed that both times this has happened neither of the owners were in the shop, so I think the staff is trying to save the owners money but in fact they are giving concerns to the customers.
We will continue to patronize this place because you can’t beat the quality!

I can only give one star for food because I never got it! The attitudes with the employees is absolutely ridiculous! Obviously management and the owner doesn’t care because review after review, the same complaint is repeated! Then they leave a generic reply saying they take complaints seriously. That’s laughable for its clear that they dont! Nothing changes! They can’t even tell you who their bread supplier is! We started to order all the while the person taking the order not only had an attitude, but they were talking on their phone. Then I realized, our food was going to cost us over $40.. SCREW THAT! We simply turned around and walked out then went to a real restaurant!

I just moved into the area and I’m slowly trying all the sub shops. I pretty much always try the first time with whatever the standard Italian sub is for that shop. Today I met a new standard. I can’t think of a time I had a better Italian sub. I will most definitely be back.

Came here with my hubby for a date lunch.
We haven’t had Caps in over 6 years so we were excited. The food was decent but it was just really loud. Overall, it was alright but not worth an hour drive.

A little pricey, but to be fair, it did last us for 2 meals.
