Very rude and unprofessional. I made an order for pick up, I received a spoiled and rotten crab leg claw. I became sick and when I tried to contact the store and left messages regarding a refund and they ignored all my attempts and I got a response after the 6th day. I don’t appreciate the nasty language that was used and lack of acknowledgement when it comes to food safety. I love supporting small businesses but i do not stand for disrespect of any kind and I did not appreciate being cursed at on my personal number through phone call and text. Very Unprofessional, I will no longer be suggesting this place to others or supporting. I pray that you change your approach because actions like this won’t save your business.

it false accusations that I called my credit card company to dispute after I got a cash refund. I was ignored for 6 days after leaving messages regarding getting spoiled food that made me sick ( I have a urgent cared visit as proof) I only got a response after the 6th day I left a message when I said I was heading to the store to handle this in person and that’s when I was contacted immediately because I was heading to the store. Before the 6th day had passed on the 3rd day I started the dispute with my online banking because for 3 days I got no response regarding the this situation. On the 6th day when I arrive at the store to talk about the situation was I was given a cash refund, two days following I received an email stating to update the dispute and at that point I cancelled the dispute through my online banking. Yesterday I was called on my personal phone number being cursed at and harassed by the owner or owner son. I explained to him I don’t appreciate his demeanor blaming me and I told him I was overwhelmed because I recently suffered a severe concussion and he continued to talk over me and curse me out repeatedly using the f word repeatedly and this coming from the owner talking to a customer … a customer that should be treated with respect regardless of the situation. I have proof video proof of him yelling and cursing at me and asking him to please calm down because I was overwhelmed. I don’t appreciate the disrespect or the harassment and the lack of urgency when it comes to food safety especially seafood. And I especially don’t appreciate being contacted in that manner so early in the morning with such nasty language ON MY PERSONAL NUMBER this was harassment and I don’t appreciate any of this. I was advised to take legal action by the police and I truly advise you guys consider eating here. Like I said I loved this place and supported them for the family aspect but I don’t believe in disrespecting people and harassing them. Please evaluate your heart and find a way to save your business instead of loosing valuable customers. I recommend this place to about 26 people including family and now you lost 27 customers regarding this situation. And I don’t think many people would be pleased knowing they’re receiving food from people that choose to treat people this way. You lack professionalism and it’s very sad. Emotions shouldn’t spill into business matters and you contacted me in that manner and that resulted in me being overwhelmed and lightheaded and dizzy in public because of my concussion I’m dealing with. VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, LACK OF INTEGRITY

I didn’t get to take pictures of the food we ordered because we were so excited to eat haha my wife and son were with me and we all loved this place! We ordered the special for just $52.99 and it was super worth it! We ordered chicken nuggets with fries and apple juice for my son. We got a pound of snow crab legs, a pound of mussels, and a pound of shrimp (of course, with head on!) we got their house sauce on the side since I don’t eat spicy like my wife haha she got hot and I got mild. The seafood came with corn and potatoes as well. We went before the dinner rush so it was only us and another family. My son loved the decorations! The customer service was outstanding and it’s very clean including the bathroom. We are definitely coming back here!!!

I ordered here before and it was good but they had a sign on paper saying they were closed December 18/19/20 but they still let the order go through. It also says they are open on Google. I spent 100$ there on a Friday night I now have to wait the weekend to call back to get my money back. At least somewhere next time if you’re closing for multiple days or stop orders coming through.

I’m so disgusted and disappointed, no flavor what so ever and barely any sauce. The mussels and shrimp was not cleaned and thats the most embarrassing thing a seafood place could do! $40 for this bs seafood bad is ridiculous. *ROTTEN FOOD* this place is terrible, they cuss at you, refuse refunds for giving you rotten food and treat you horribly. the old woman there had her son harassing someone over HER giving them ROTTEN food that made the person sick. then he calls cussing this person out over it as if it’s their fault. do NOT support this place, they are extremely rude, arrogant and serve ROTTEN FOOD!!!!

Ordered this food thru Doordash (so no deductions for food being cold / not as fresh). Ordered from Crab Du Jour Xpress Cajun Seafood the other night through Doordash and I have to say overall I was very disappointed with my experience, especially after reading so many positive reviews.
The Good: The calamari was delicious, a bit on the salty side, but lightly breaded as described. Came with a small cup of marinara sauce, portion size was great, could easily be split between two people with plenty of food. The sweet potato fries that came with my Crab Meat Po Boy were also pretty good.
The Bad: Most of my displeasure with this order stems from the Crab Meat Po Boy I ordered. Initially I did not notice it, but after taking my first bite I noticed there was almost no crab meat on the po boy. I’m not sure if this was a mistake or how the sandwich normally comes, but this was quite literally a bread, tomato, and lettuce sandwich. For the 15 bucks paid for this sandwich I got two small tablespoons of crab meat. Most of this “sandwich” consisted of bread and I found myself still very hungry after eating this. The sweet potato fries while good, were soggy, it was more like eating a mashed up sweet potato than fries.
Overall, I’ll give three stars for the calamari and the sweet potato fries, as well as the order being well packaged. The Crab Meat Po Boy was beyond disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be returning.
