I wish we could have more food places in here!!!! This subway is horrible!!! I have been in line for 6 mins!!! One person on the phone talking about a concert! The other person just look lost! Close this place down, or get better employees, food, ect!!!! My break was at 7 it’s 713!! My goodness ! I wish another company would come in! Just so yall won’t get any business and have to close! I mean this person is on the phone talking about my man my man! And it’s on speaker!!!! Check yall schedule Jan 9th at 7pm mind u it’s 716!!!!! Terrible!! Food is not bad it’s subway. My complaint is about the one girl I encountered today. Her attitude was extremely unpleasant. I’m definitely calling the subway tomorrow because no one should have to encounter that.

Filthy, rude employees, order was incorrect. For a location inside a hospital, service and cleanliness should be an even higher priority than usual. It clearly is not a concern to the two women working this day. The drink counter and floor were covered in food, trash, and liquid. Just an overall disappointing experience.

I’m a regular customer, eating here 3-4 times a week. Today the store was out of anything diet/cold to drink. The cooler was literally empty and the fountain pop was also empty They had a warm Diet Pepsi, which I purchased. I asked for a cup for ice and I was told that I had to pay full-price for a soft drink despite my bottled drink purchase.
I’m not mad at the employee who is just standing by the franchisee’s rules, but I’m very upset with the franchisee.
A message to the franchise owner: I spend $40/week at your store and you’ve lost my very regular business over a $0.03 cup, my friend. I needed a reason to start bringing my lunch from home, and the ridiculousness of corporate America is as good as any.

Absolutely disgusting. From the vegetables frozen to sides of the stainless steel containers to the brown lettuce is down right gross. The girl profusely sweating over making your sandwich leaves me lost for words. How incredibly discusting. They truly should be ashamed. There is ONE lady that works dayshift that goes above and beyond. The rest could learn from her but doubt theyd want to. Henryford do better.

Made food well but everytime I go here I feel like every customer to these employees is bothering them.. always a mad or upset look on their faces like annoyed. They talk on the phone with their friends and family while making the food, and just the disrespect..it’s a hospital you would think they would be atleast smiling once in awhile to help patients feel a little better..
