Used to be a good place to get a nice Indian. …now. Prices have gone up and food quality has gone down hill .. chicken madras was like water … chicken chucks used to be huge now like 5p size ……Verry Verry long wait for a curry that to be frank…was more like a soup ….would rather eat an Iceland frozen one …….so will never use this place again it was shocking rubbish

Ordered for delivery. Took over an hour so gave them a call. Staff said food was on its way but. But then took another half an hour. When it arrived the order was wrong. I called them back and they said they would give me a discount ‘next time I order’. Well that’s not going to happen!!

Absolutely disgusting I went there yesterday with a bunch of lads food took so loong to come out oh my days and those onion bhajis were stale and hard had no taste at all. Will not be ordering that again. Service was alright but just took waaaay too long and those bajis were stale.

Ordered a meal, delivery driver nice as pie, we were nice to him too, forgot coke. The restaurant said they’d resend the coke, 3 hours after the initial ordering still no bottle of coke, rang multiple times, they then said on the final time the driver did not want to come back!! Offered a free meal next time but it’s just not good enough how can a driver decide whether to come back or not! Especially as we rang 3-4 times in between whilst waiting to not be told this. Such a shame as haven’t had a problem before, I don’t know if I will be coming back here again.

The worst service you ever get in your life. I came here a few times (3 or 4) because my friends like here and the taste of food are not too bad. However the person service you are insane … I asked for fish curry from menu and he replied ” how many time I told you no fish …” “why you put fish in the menu then” “this is the old menu…”
I asked for a suggested lamb dish, he replied ” I told you last time for… dish ” I think it must be couple of month ago.
I will never go back again for sure !!!

One of the worst restaurants i have eaten in. The front of house guy Ash was a total disgrace. Order 2 thing and very disappointed. The poppadoms took over 20mims. He kept says they are putting the sauce tray together and what was it 4 little pots with mint sauce, highly coloured sweet sauce and 2 pots with onions. 20 mins!!!!

Food was ok, service was ok, BUT……OMG when I came out after dining in there my clothes literally stank!!! I could smell the curry cooking smell all the way home, I went to bed and all I could smell was my clothes that I hung up before getting into bed, woke up in the morning first thing I could smell was the awful wrench my clothes were kicking out!!
Got out of bed and all my clothes that I wore that night including coat went straight into washing machine. Not sure if they are using the extraction but never experienced that from any Indian. We always normally use blue cobra for 20 years never had that problem ever. Wouldn’t go again just for that reason.

Best Indian in Portsmouth, worth the wait.
By default the takeaway service is always at least a 80 minute wait, so as long as you bare that in mind when you order it you won’t get Hangry. The food is amazing, the garlic naan is the best by far. It’s also lovely service if you were to sit in. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
