I wish I read the reviews.
Ordered pad thai and it arrived in a container FULL of water and the grossest excuse for rice noodles I have ever seen and there was barely any noodles.
My first call was polite, it’s not edible asked for it to be picked up and refunded. Ok.
Had to call back after waiting 30 minutes 3 people then Nope, you got what you ordered. “We don’t guarantee our food” What? I told them It’s not even pad thai. I’ve been to many, many places and this doesn’t come close to what the dish should be. I wish I could add a picture! Why is it sitting in so much water??!!
Terrible customer service!!! Any place that will ARGUE with a customer that is not happy doesn’t deserve any customers! Just pickup the food politely and refund the customer!

We ordered food here tonight and it has been 3.5 hours. We have called back multiple times and they told us that the driver was new, which is OK, but they kept saying “20 more minutes” and when I called back to request that the driver call us so I could help him get here they told me that they didn’t speak English.

What a terrible terrible company started with a woman on the phone that rushed me through my whole order then after waiting an hour for our food the driver called us and told us he was sent to the wrong town then after seeing the order we noticed we didn’t get sweet and sour chicken I called the lady basically told me I never said we lived in said town DERR LADY I KNOW WHERE I LIVE AND WHAT I SAID then I said we didn’t receive the sweet and sour chicken she said its chicken fingers with a different dipping sauce what the hell !!!
The food is cold and I was basically hung up on by the owner I will never return to this horrible place.

Precooked, greasy, flavorless food. Felt like throwing up after. General Tao’s was disgusting and as if they didnt even cook the batter. Yuck! Wish I never wasted my money. I couldn’t even finish the food, it’s in the trash.
