I am a regular at this shop, even more since they do a “build your own” ($9 + options) during normal lunch hours, the texture of all the ingredients including the ramen/udon is on point, and the taste of the broth is awesome, only thing that I will give it 4 stars is the spice level…. they do have chilli oil but even after adding 4 extra cups, it’s not even spicy, if you don’t care about spice, from all the different menu options/styles i’ve tried here, I recommend this place, over 10 visits and counting !

I stopped by for lunch and got the miso ramen spice level 2 with chicken, scallions, and wood ear (mushroom) and it was out of this world! Easily the best ramen I’ve ever had! All for $12 too which I think is an amazing value.
