Check Point 221 in West Salem has such a family, friendly atmosphere and area where all the food carts are really good pasta fantastic made me a Caesar salad salad with shrimp, goat cheese, and avocado that left me so happy it was grilled shrimp perfectly cooked perfectly seasoned perfectly and they even gave me a piece of tiramisu because I said I had a tooth implant last week and I had to eat soft food. Great service I’ll be back.

I love the yard and went to this location as someone new the being gluten free with a gluten allergy and I had confirmed with the worker they had GF options the pasta was amazing so I went back again to be told they did NOT have any GF options… however the weekend prior I had “gluten free pasta” from there (of course it was really good it had gluten!) The worker there lied to me and risked my health by clearly providing me something with gluten or lied to me and said they do not have any GF pasta. Very very upset

I was skeptical about paying the money to try this at the yard but I’m so glad I did the fettuccine noodles with the carbonara was amazing will definitely get it again I’d say it’s the best in Salem

i wish I had a photo but I ordered some penne with Bolognese sauce as well as some garlic cheese bread. I really enjoyed the meal and it was quite filling for the price I paid. Above all though, it was the customer service I loved the most. There was a fairly young guy that was just on the ball, and even mentioned that I should grab the box by the sides since the food was so fresh and hot.
I’d definitely get it again if I’m down in Salem.
