As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This location is hit or miss when it comes to fresh cooked food. It is very upsetting and frustrating that I specifically asked the cashier (Kaydence) while at the window if the fish and spicy chicken was fresh. She had the audacity to lie my face. I don’t recommend anyone to buy food here, but at the end of the day y’all going buy what you want. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I’ve been here many times so rating off one experience wouldn’t be productive. The burgers are better than most fast food, more meat, and at a lower price. Their fries are outstanding. The drinks are enormous, a regular size is like 32oz. Unfortunately tonight the coke seems to need replacing, it tasted like flavored water. At the end of the day it’s a better tasting and more economically wise fast food choice than any others in that neighborhood.
Pros: selection, prices, speed of food, 2 drive up lanes and 1 walk up.
Cons: the stock picture on Google maps is not what this location looks like. I wish it did. That would be awesome. The drive thru is beat up and almost always flooded and the location is behind a gas station and can be hard to exit out of if turning north. People enter and leave the wrong way constantly.

I’m six months pregnant & just received cold fries & a raw hamburger via door dash. When calling to ask the manager if I could get my food replaced if I brought it up there because I only live two minutes away, she refused to remake it because it would affect her food cost. When I asked her name she refused to give it to me, when I asked who the GM was she also refused to give me their name. The fries were rock hard & freezing cold like they had been in a fridge. I’m now throwing up. As you can see had to be pretty cold cause the cheese didn’t melt at all.

All in all it was a pleasant experience. The drive thru was pretty fast. The ordering process was just like almost every other fast food restaurant. The person on the intercom was friendly and helpful. I order a chicken sandwich and fries. My husband got a double cheeseburger and fries. The food was hot and it wasn’t burnt. The fries were cooked perfectly. Sometimes you get those stale fries that taste like they were just dipped in hot oil again to heat them. Not here. Ive been here at least 4 times and have yet to get cold food.

Ramage and a trainee we’re the only workers present christmas day at 8:30 pm. Ramage worked steadily and calmly filling orders as quickly as he possibly could. Lines everywhere are very long tonight. Absolutely terrible you come here be prepared to wait in line for no less that 25 minutes. They take for every just to get an order out the window its ridiculous. Save your money go to a different rallys or choose something else all together I promise wont be disappointed

I purchased the double fish sandwich. The price was great! The sandwich was a decent size, but the taste was bland. I didn’t taste any tartar sauce although it was on the sandwich.

I went to this location and ordered the fry seasoned tenders combo, a big buford, a large fry, mozerella sticks, and an unsweet tea. When I got home I was excited to try the new chicken tenders. I ate one and thought that the texture was odd, but didn’t think much of it. When I went to bite a second one, I noticed that the inside was completely raw. I just spent 20 minutes bent over the toilet purging my stomach.
Additionally, instead of one of my orders of fries, I got bacon cheese fries instead. Which is fine, but it is not what I ordered. It is not on the receipt.

It has been 3 days and I have not heard anything back or received a refund. I have contacted the corporate website, the corporate phone number, and the manager of this store, who slammed the drive-thru window in my face when I asked for a refund and told her I would call the health department.
NEVER visit this location. Rude staff, raw food, and a long wait is all you’ll get.

Every single time I come to this establishment, they always mess up my food, whether keeping something on, that was asked to not be on, or just not giving me everything i ordered. and then they stare at me in the drive thru, for 10+ minutes waiting for them to acknowledge that im there, and then have attitude, when I tell them what happened. It’s ridiculous.
