Came yesterday at about 9:30pm, place was closed even though the hours online said they were open until 10:00pm. Okay that’s fine, things happen. I called tonight at about 8:30pm and asked how late they were open tonight. The girl on the phone said 10:00pm. I came with a group of people at 9:35pm and the place was closed again. Multiple groups of people were getting out of their cars and walking up only to realize they were closed. I called and when they answered, I said the girl earlier told me they’d be open until 10:00pm, but they were closed now and I was wondering why. She said her boss told them that if it wasn’t busy at 9:30pm, then to close. I’m not sure the five separate groups of people I watched leave disappointed constituted as not busy, but sure. Not great to tell customers on the phone that you’ll be open until 10pm then close just because, people make plans based off of what you tell us.

I love Rita’s. If I could buy like 10 quarts per visit, I probably would.
Sadly, this location is pretty small, and as such their stock & capacity is limited. You’d be lucky to be able to buy 2 quarts of their popular flavors when you go, and a lot of flavors are only available for 1-2 days a month. You almost have to drop everything and show up in the middle of the day if you really want several quarts of your favorite ice. So I often can’t buy as much as I would like sadly.
Staff is nice though, I’ve never run into someone who didn’t know what they were doing or wasn’t friendly so 5 stars for that.
Also they’re the only rita’s around that seems to keep their website updated. I’m sure it’s a pain to update it daily, but that’s my only way to know to show up for the rare flavors like strawberry and peach, so I appreciate that.

We always have a good experience here no matter what we order. The Italian ice and the custards are amazing. Whether you want a regular Italian ice or something with ice cream, you won’t be disappointed. They have a good selection of Italian ice flavors with everything from Swedish fish, to raspberry, to wild cherry. The Swedish fish flavor is a on the sweet side, but that’s to be expected. Overall great experience every time.

I don’t know what it is about this Rita’s in particular- but they’ve got the best tasting custard out of every location that I’ve been to. I always order a gelati of some sort (usually cotton candy, Swedish fish, or both if I get the 5-layer) with vanilla custard. NEVER disappoints!!!

Ordered 3 ice creams! One of them was Oreo concrete with fudge! My daughter couldn’t eat it as it was swimming in a pool of fudge. We pay $7 to buy fudge or to buy your icecream! So, I Called the store the manager started giving me excuses about the pump they use to release the fudge m! Bro I I’m not trying to open a franchise here that you’re training me about how you make your overpriced product! he said even if I bring the icecream back he won’t replace it but he will have me buy another one! He said he won’t give it away for FREE! Who will tell this guy when I’m being 3/4th of the back to you to actually put in the garbage where am I getting it for FREE! Dude you are not the only icecream place in town there are others that care for their customer satisfaction and make them happy with the quality of their food! Clearly you showed you didn’t care for repeat customers!!!!!
