One of the best Starbucks in west Lafayette. Their service is quick and amicable. Their ambience was amazing and gave good vibes. We got caramel brûlée latte and peppermint mocha. Both were brewed perfectly and were refreshing.

I recently had an issue with an online delivery service taking half an hour to assign a delivery driver and another estimated half hour for my order to get to me. I had ordered an iced drink which I knew would be completely melted and diluted by that point, so I called the store I had ordered from (this store, #2478) where I talked to a super nice and empathetic barista (I think her name started with a K), who listened and suggested/offered really great solutions. 100/10 customer service. Later when I received my order after cancelling and using a different delivery service I received this lovely note. Thank you!!

Every time I’ve came here it’s been through the drive thru so this review is strictly for the people who go through there. It’s fast service , always friendly when ordering and never have any problems with the drinks well perfected. I always get the same order!

My barista, Liza did an incredible job with my drink. Even tho it was complicated and not technically on the menu, it was the best ever. Thanks Liza! Made my day!

Great atmosphere, patient staff, food selection could use work but that’s NOT at the fault of this particular location.
Definitely worth a visit.

This is a pretty nice Starbucks – definitely an improvement over the former location just down the road (I may be aging myself here since I can’t remember how long it’s been since they moved). They definitely need more bathrooms though. There are only two and I’ve been here several times when one was out of order for some reason or another. I’m sure I don’t need to go into any more detail but a coffee shop needs plenty of bathrooms lol.
ETA: Is the name of this business showing up as 스타벅스 for anyone else, or is it just me? I’m sure my phone region isn’t set to Korea or anything like that. When I tried to edit the name the first form field was “Name in Korean (required)” which is really strange since last I checked this Starbucks is not in Korea…

Love the manager here (Layla maybe? I can’t remember what her name tag said, but she was blonde), she is so lovely and kind!!! People like her are what keep me coming back to Starbucks (because I’ll be honest, the coffee is mid no matter which store you go to across the country), they make it worth going there over somewhere else. Thank you again for the latte, Layla and crew!!!

Came in and got some hot chocolate. Don’t have to wait to long and the atmosphere is great, but one employee just gave me and my sister the death stare

It takes so long to get a drink here. I walk in and it feels like it is being run like a MILITARY in here. The amount of times I see the workers (probably students as said in previous reviews) on the verge of tears, and frustrated after seeing the lady with pigtails walk by is insane. I’ve also noticed a lack in personality with the baristas, it’s all uncanny to see. There used to be baristas laughing and having fun all with really cool style and different pins – hell there used to be one who had pins galore and gave me the story behind some of them! Now it seems like nobody has that fun perky energy, it’s all very forced and the writing on the cups aren’t even creative: it just seems like management is forcing them. The manager even slows the workers down by walking through their work area to check if the cups have writing on them as they’re pulling out more and more of those stickers! I’m no starbucks expert but that’s probably the least of the concerns with these reviews. On top of that, it seems as if the workers are dropping like flies. I used to come here on my way to work but now I might switch locations because there’s just too many new faces who don’t seem to know what they’re doing and I don’t see the faces that work fast anymore. I think the store has been heading in a really bad direction since the store manager changed – whenever that was.

Agree with the last comment, atmosphere has completely changed. If the store ever gets busy, expect your drink to take forever to make, not because of the poor overworked baristas, but because of the lack of staff there. The (seemed to be) manager didn’t seem to really care about helping the staff. Started going through the drive through instead of the cafe because of the lame vibes in the store, not sure if it’s corporate or local management but something is off.
