So I walk in about 715 on a Saturday morning. There’s a dark skinned black guy by himself. He looks at me and continues what he was doing. I figured I would let him finish his current order since he didnt have anything to say, you know such as a “I’ll be right with you” kinda thing. So after waiting there he finally asked if I’m looking or ordering in the kind of tone that really made me want to grab him by the throat since I was twice his size. At this point I don’t really understand why I actually went as far as ordering instead of just leaving. So after finishing my order i at least had the courtesy to say thank you and his only response he could come up with was a peace sign and no eye contact. I will say that this younger generation is completely cooked. No courtesy,no customer service or communication skills whatsoever. -GenX

I really wish I would have got the names of the 2 ladies working at the moment. I just ordered the dos tacos, the food is amazing. Now the best part for me was the service from the 2 ladies. Im hard of hearing, and they were both patient and ensured they helped me out. They spoke up when I couldn’t hear, they stayed patient, and ensured I heard everything correctly. Answered any questions I had, and ensured everything is correct. Thank you so much.

Mrs. Flip Out saw a billboard for “Laredo Taco now open!” and she told me about it. Little did we know, it was attached to a 7-Eleven. Since I was already there, I went on in. Surprisingly, it was more than a concession area in a gas station. I ordered the beef enchiladas with sides of rice and refried beans. I was also curious about their chips and queso and the horchata. To pay, you receive a food ticket, then take it to the front cashiers, only to have to return to the ordering counter to figure out which bag is your order. They do have a salsa bar with a nice variety of salsas which I loved. I enjoyed the beef enchiladas, but I didn’t care for the refried beans. The rice was ok. If I went back, I’d try the street tacos.

they rarely at the counter. slow to respond and the food thats supposed to be ready to go is not . 3 different morning visits. rude service as well. ring a bell for service ? your not cooking anything… your too busy ?

I was starving, so I stopped by for a few chicken fajita tacos. They were definitely the worst tacos I’ve ever had and had absolutely no seasoning. Everything looked as if it had been sitting out forever. Would not recommend. I will say that the gentleman working there was very pleasant and attentive.

Don’t get anything from here through delivery apps. They gave my Uber a difficult time and refused to go check my order and only gave him one of my two items. They charged me for both so I had to make a claim. Waste of time and rude to uber/delivery drivers.

Foul, foul, foul. I’m pretty sure they’re buying ingredients from the Chum Bucket. I got a chips and queso. Rather than making sure they had enough queso to serve, they let it run out. When I ordered, they SCRAPED the bottom of the serving tray to serve me a congealed mass of over-ripe plasticized cheese-ish substance. What can I say? I’m gross, so I tried it. Even I, consumer of all things, the Iron Gut of the Southwest, couldn’t stomach it. Judging by the reviews and a lack of action, they don’t care. Seems like 7Eleven is in the process of being toothpaste-tube-squeezed by private equity. There’s on OnCue a mile away, who cares about their customers. Please go there. As a bonus, you won’t get shanked in the parking lot over your Jordans.
