I have had the worst experience at this location. I picked up my sandwich around 5:00 today put dinner later on this evening. Around 8pm, I started to eat, unwrapped to examine the contents of my sandwich, and it was not what I ordered. They didn’t add my bacon, which I pay extra for; there’s no cheese, no lettuce, no onion, and the few other things, but everything that makes the freaking sandwich was missing. By this time, it’s after 8:00. I spoke with the person who answered the phone. He placed me on hold to call his GM. I told him I hadn’t eaten a sandwich, and I also took a picture, and we’ll bring it back tomorrow. I’ll find something else tonight. He told me his general manager told him there was nothing that they could do because the time frame had passed, and also, there was an incident a couple of weeks ago, which I have no idea about the situation or the outcome, and has nothing to do with me or the price of tea in China. Evidently, this happens often, and I’m sure the only common denominator in all of the scenarios is Jimmy John’s. I am so tired of businesses serving sub-standard food and charging astronomical prices and telling us we don’t have the right to complain when you don’t do your job appropriately. And they dare to ask for a tip. Please don’t waste your time going to this location. Evidently the staff has a problem with serving what they want you to have not what you ordered.

I’m sure nothing will be done about this. Walked in and the look on the employees faces seemed they didn’t wanna be there. The gentleman that made my sandwich just laid it on the counter. I had to ask for a bag. The atmosphere was dull. What happened to great customer service…..

Place is trash put a order in for delivery they call shortly after to let us know they do not have a delivery driver that they can have it delivered 3rd party 45 minutes later no delivery driver and food is still sitting there

My last experience was unpleasant because I felt I was treated differently from other customers. The employee bagged the other customer’s food while I bagged my own food and placed my condiments in the bag. I felt like the employee was being racist, which is not okay and should be handled immediately. I paid for my food like everyone else.

I ordered a PICKUP order for me and my kids the other night. Went and got it with no problems. Next thing I know yesterday the transaction was updated to include a $2 tip that I did NOT authorize. I do NOT recommend this location because they clearly steal from their customers and as soon as I get a day off I will be up there to see about my stolen money. I don’t care if it was 2 cents it was STOLEN
