I’ve always loved Taziki’s, but today was truly exceptional. I met a friend for lunch, and from the moment we walked in, the experience stood out. The cashier was so patient and kind, taking time to explain the menu and different options. Our food came out quickly, and the staff checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed.
We also couldn’t help but notice how spotless everything was—from the drink station to the restrooms. And as we walked out, we were greeted with not one but two cheerful “Have a great day!” that completely sealed the deal.
Someone at this location is taking real pride in their work, and it shows. Highly impressed.

I did a curbside pickup from Tiziki’s for the first time. It was a very seamless experience and I placed my order on the app. As soon as I pulled up and checked in a kind employee brought out my order. I got the fish plate with basmati rice and I substituted my salad for their potatoes. It was very affordable at only $12.99 I believe I paid and I left a tip as well. I have to say that my favorite part was the dill tartar sauce. It was delicious. Fish was very seasoned and cooked to perfection and the potatoes were amazing! The rice was good too and kind of had a lime flavor. I highly recommend 10/10 experience for me!!! I apologize for my picture lol the only pic I had was once I got home I took a photo to send to my mom. I would have added the tartar as well but didn’t realize I was going to leave a review at the time.

This had to be the worst Gyro I had ever had. Tiny , wasn’t what I was expecting. The meat was ground with no flavor. Unlike Gyro meat it was second to a Taco Bell Burrito.

Today I tried their new bowl with salmon and quinoa, and it was really good. The salmon was a touch too crispy but not dry and still really good: 4/5 stars. I have had better salmon here before, but was very impressed with the quinoa and grilled veggies. In the past the service was really bad at this location, and I have stated so on a previous review praising the downtown location. But today the service here was above and beyond. Will be my new go to lunch spot for now on.

No staff members recognized me as a customer, barely spoke to me as i had placed an order for pick up, then charged me a Credit Card Fee of $1.60 to use my credit card!! please tell me who does NOT use a credit card to pay for their $60 meal?? yes, everyone! so Tazikis is charging their customers just to pay for their meals with a credit card!! yes, the charge was less than $2 but just one more “fee” to get more money from their customers. I will no longer be a customer!

The lobby is clean and well maintained. The menu takes a little getting used to, but the staff is patient and willing to help with suggestions. The food was excellent and pretty reasonably priced. Everything was fresh and tasted great. If you are looking for something outside the normal burger and fries options in Hixson, this is a great choice. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.
