I had the opportunity to visit the Seagrove Cafe, and I got a hot chocolate and a cinnamon roll. I thought they were both delicious—really, really good. The fresh whipped cream on the hot chocolate was a nice touch, and I was very surprised by how good the cinnamon rolls were. They weren’t too sweet, and they had a great consistency. The cinnamon flavor was just right, and overall it was a wonderful experience.
The barista was very personable and chatty, and I really enjoyed the layout of the store. It’s quaint and small, but very inviting and very enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend stopping in. I’ve only tried the hot chocolate and the cinnamon rolls, but if they’re any indication of the rest of the menu, I’m excited to try more next time.

Came here on my way to the zoo to help with a field trip and they popped up highly recommended on Google and I see why. The staff was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions. Super clean and cool atmosphere. I was able to see them in the back making homemade goodies and bagging. Everything is done in house. STOP HERE FOR DELICIOUS COFFEE (Dirty Blonde and blueberry muffin is what I got) AND A QUICK EAT.

I love coming to Seagrove Cafe. The cold salad sample tray is top tier but today I decided to grab a chicken salad wrap. It was very good but I was very disappointed that I paid $8 for a wrap that barely contained any chicken salad. It was mostly lettuce.

I’m from many hours out of the city. Found this place today on my way back from a day trip. The chicken salad was out of this world, no seed oils used, very delicious and fresh. My party also got the iced chai and iced match – both drinks were perfect on the sugar level. Great place to stop and take our time to relax.
This cafe is worth the hour drive. Thank y’all for the food.

Seagrove Cafe makes the best cinnamon rolls around. The rolls are just right and perfectly fluffy. They aren’t sickeningly sweet but just right and the icing is fantastic. They also have pretty decent coffee as well and a nice selection of local goods as well. As a Seagrove local it’s nice to have this close by.

What a wonderful cafe in the heart of town! The coffee, baked goods, and service was amazing! I love the space and lighting! Super cool vibe! We definitely will be visiting this little cafe in the future. The owners are just getting the doors open and are really excited to be a part of the community and creating a space where all are welcome. They were sharing with us about all the wonderful things to come. Go check it out for yourself! Thanks for making us feel so welcome today on our passing through town!

What a Gem! I stopped by Sea Grove Café and I’m so glad I did! The cinnamon rolls were out of this world — perfectly soft, warm, and topped with just the right amount of frosting. You can really taste that they’re made fresh with love.
A huge shoutout to Tiffany and Joyce — they were so sweet and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Their kindness and smiles really made my morning.
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and grab a cinnamon roll (or two!) from Sea Grove Café. You won’t regret it!

This is really a self serve deli. They do make everything fresh & in-house. But it is not a restaurant. You walk up to a glass case, see & pick out your cold items & take them to your table & eat them. They do have a microwave where you can heat them up. The people are very pleasant and friendly. It is an old block garage restored rather quaintly. It is pricey. I paid $14.44 for a pasta salad & egg salad & small juice without tip… Since I was in small town Seagrove, pottery town. I was thinking I would find an Old Town down-home, cozy restaurant and that’s not what this is! It’s more like a coffee shop with deli items to me. No complaints. Just not what I am looking for. All plastic eating containers & utensils. I think they use upscale ingredients. Different strokes for different folks. I will look elsewhere for a downhome cafe, when in Seagrove.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The iced vanilla latte and hot mocha are exactly what we needed. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit with strawberry jam is delicious. Ham spinach and tomato quiche is fantastic. Chicken salad wrap is great. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting is just right and not too sweet. Cinnamon rolls are also perfectly cooked. BUT the GRITS BOWL steals the show and what we came back for!

An absolute gem of a cafe. Housed in an unassuming corner lot in the pottery capital of the state, the Seagrove Cafe offers up a slice of comfort regardless of what you’re seeking. The breakfast lineup is fresh baked biscuits that are a little too big but that isn’t a complaint. The sausage and gravy is literally the best I’ve had, and coming from 43 years of sausage and gravy experience, i like to think I have a little experience.
The baked goods are exceptional. Period. Cinnamon buns, bread pudding, brownies, everything. Grit bowls are offered with a choice of filling. Fluffy and creamy without being overdone/mushy.
The breakfast biscuits have the toppings offered and are substantially better than any drive through breakfast, and on par with and/or better than sit down breakfast restaurants. Thick cut bacon and farm fresh eggs make the difference.
Parking is ample, but get there early or expect a wait… It’s a small spot, but when weather allows outdoor seating, this should ease a bit.
They also offer a solid lineup of carryout options from a set of coolers. Local butter, cheeses, meats, bone broth, baked goods from the cafe, and lots more.
If you weren’t already planning a trip to peruse the local potters or the zoo or whatever else, plan a trip for breakfast at the seagrove cafe
