I customize a lot of my drinks and 90% of the time this location does a pretty good job. And the staff is always nice to me. Going to this location is always a little nice treat for myself, not just for a drink, but also the experience I get.

I came to place a café order on Red Cup day and knew it would be busy but was given realistic expectations by the barista before ordering that it would be a bit of a wait. I was willing to wait and work in the café so I ordered and asked to have the red cup before receiving my drink to ensure getting one (they go fast). He was so gracious in grabbing one for me despite their process of handing them out when you get your drink.
As customers with mobile orders came into the store they were greeted cheerfully and asked their name to assist them in finding their drinks, ensuring they take the correct drinks, and prioritizing their orders if they were not yet made. The constant smiles and cheer out of the baristas despite the stressful and busy environment kept everyone happy.
This location had plenty of staff working (about 9 baristas behind the counter) they worked on mobile, cafe and drive thru orders with equal priority and kept wait times to around 20 minutes (higher than normal but the volumes were definitely higher than normal too!)
Super impressed with this locations organization, barista’s positive attitudes and overall vibes were so high! Thank you for a great morning, Starbs 🙂

I’ve traveled a lot in Europe, and always enjoy a chocolate croissant, so that’s what I ordered here. Big mistake. I paid European tourist prices for something that tasted factory made a day or two ago at least. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if it had been at one time frozen. I won’t make that mistake again

I was waiting for my drink for 35 minutes this morning. I put my mobile order in at 9:02, and it said est pickup at 9:14, but i didn’t get my drink until 9:36. They didn’t even begin my order until 9:30. They had lots of orders yes, but the staff were not working, they had 3 people on drive thru taking orders and one making drinks

Friendly staff who are working as fast & hard as they can while still providing quality service. My drinks have always been excellent & the vibe inside is nice when it’s not filled with high schoolers.
Yes there’s a bit of a wait, but when you remember that this Starbucks is located right off the highway, near Epic, next door to a high school, and is the first/only Starbucks in the area — obviously it’s going to be busy and there will be waits. Have patience, & maybe avoid coming during high traffic times if waiting annoys you.
Inside there are a dozen or so tables with chairs, the booths have outlets beneath them. Along the wall there are 4 sets of armchairs which are nice for catching up with a friend.

Ordered a venti blonde americano with brown sugar and dark caramel, was given a grande without blonde shots. Asked for the Venti I ordered, received it without the syrup or blonde shots and heavy cream floating on top. Unfortunately didn’t have time or energy to ask for a third drink to be made as I ordered it the first time.

I love this location! I will go out of my way to come here rather than others in the area. The staff are all so kind, and I always leave thinking “wow, they are so nice!” They go through lines very quickly, and clearly are interested in ensuring their customers are happy. They move fast, but accurately behind the counter because it’s often very busy. I come here all the time, many times a week, and I’ve rarely had a bad experience! And only complaint is they usually don’t put the full amount of matcha powder, even if I pay for extra. However, I still come back because I know it’s a rare happenstance. I highly recommend choosing this Starbucks! The inside is also perfect for studying, chatting, or reading.
