I stopped by this location because I had an appointment directly across the street. I ordered three hash browns and a peppermint mocha latte and was handed my order. Once I arrived at my appointment, which was only about two minutes away, I realized I had only been given one order of hash browns instead of three.
I returned and explained the issue. An employee was asked to prepare the remaining hash browns and handed me a bag but, there was still only one order inside. I had to go back in a third time to finally receive the correct amount.
While the issue was eventually resolved, the repeated mistakes and extra trips were inconvenient, especially with a scheduled appointment. More attention to order accuracy would greatly improve the customer experience.

this is actually unreal. so after 20 mins of waiting and watching them get EVERYONES order wrong and me standing waiting (i’m not exaggerating. every single person had a complaint) they told me that the order didn’t go through. they told me to dispute the first charge with my bank cause there’s nothing they can do…. what. the nastiest woman was making my coffee and gave me the wrong flavor. everyone was rude and i’ve literally never experienced anything like this

I walk in and the employee is mopping. He comes straight to the register w/o washing his hands. I ask him to hold on let me go wash my hands. I do that when I return to register he’s mopping again. He then comes to register again w/o washing his hands. I let him know he should wash his hands and get coffee only no donuts. Crazy work here man

Today I stopped before work attempting to try the new holiday menu. The lady standing in the front seemed frustrated and not very friendly.
