Great service as always at Eggs Up Grill in Simpsonville! Lillian was the absolute sweetest! She took excellent care of us on a very busy Sunday! The outside area was much quieter than inside and got amazingly quick service.

I would not recommend coming to this restaurant at 8 AM on Saturday. I can imagine the way it would be well over an hour.

With that said, we came here on a Friday morning around 10 AM and there was no wait.

The coffee was excellent. My wife got a vanilla cappuccino. That was amazing and she loved it. The server was excellent very pleasant, very fast and very friendly.

As far as the food review goes the pancakes, buttermilk, or fantastic. The syrup on the table is also very good quality. I got the sausage links, and they tasted very fresh. There’s a good chance that these are from the butcher next-door, which is advertised all over the restaurant.

The only complaint we have was for the omelette. The veggie omelette had incredibly hard, not ripe avocado in it. The peppers were overloaded inside And the mushrooms you could tell were from a can. Maybe it was just an off day, for the cooks. Just kind of sad that you got this kind of quality when everything else was five stars.

If we are in town again, we will come back.

Super friendly staff who made great menu recommendations. This location can get pretty busy around 10-11am (prime breakfast times). They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Food was good. Decent amount of options on the menu both savory and sweet. The biscuit and gravy was my favorite and the potatoes were also good. Prices were fair for a downtown breakfast option. Restaurant was clean. Took a little while to get our food after ordering but it came out fresh.

Eggs up grill in Simpsonville has a friendly atmosphere. I have to say though the restaurant itself needed a good cleaning. My daughter of course had the Mickey pancake which she loved. I got a classic breakfast with raisin toast while my husband got an omelette. I also had a waffle and coffee that wasn’t pictured. Nothing came out hot which was disappointing and the omelette needed more cheese. Something was different about this location I loved the home fries when I had them from the woodruff rd location. The ones I had today weren’t seasoned as well. Everything was just decent but not something I’d rave to all my family about. Our server was great and attentive, I believe his name was Daniel. I can’t say that I will be back, but I’m open to trying other locations.

A pearl among pearls. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and were greeted like the first customers of the day. This grill offers breakfast and brunch until 2pm. Our first dining experience , but certainly not our last. Harold is great. Never rushed us to decide, brought me coffee without me having to ask, and kept us feeling like special guests. With a variety of omelets, pastries, and breakfast items, it was a tough decision, a toss-up between biscuits & gravy or a combo of eggs and bacon. So we ordered both. Biscuits are wonderful, and they were accompanied with a generous portion of the best gravy I ever put in my mouth. Bacon was crisp, & the eggs done to perfection. There is jam, butter, syrup, and sweeteners on the tables, so we didn’t have to beg for more. Prices are great, service is fast and staff is friendly. So every restaurant has a down side… only problem here was the grits…maybe a little salt should be added to the water while cooking. Other than that, perfect. Decor, staffing, food, parking, all excellent. Cream of the crop.

First visit during the week. No wait. Sam was our waitress. Sweeter than sweet. Took the best care of us we ever had. She is the type of employee that draws in return customeers.

First time coming and the did not disappoint!!!! The eggs were PERFECT (scrambled hard w/cheese) and the waffles are to die for! I made the mistake of ordering half and had to order the other half before leaving! The atmosphere was pretty chill and my sever Lizza was the best! Very attentive and personable!!! Can’t wait to come back because there were so many things on the menu to try yet so little time!!!

Update: I’ve been here several times since my original review and still never been disappointed. I think I’ve ordered half the menu and everything is always good. The service is always friendly, too. I tried a new item today and it was great. As usual, I had to bring half my food home in a box because they don’t skimp on the amounts.

I’ve been here twice, and loved it both times. I even came here for my birthday breakfast. There is a wait sometimes, but they move quickly. The staff is very friendly, the service is quick, and the food is good. It’s well priced for the portions and I have liked everything I’ve tried. Their home fries are much better than any other diner I’ve tried in Simpsonville, too. The only downside is that it’s very loud in there due to the open design.
