My first time…. hubby has been before…. great vibe, food and service! Had some laughs with the owner George and his son and some crazy shots with George…… what happens next is no one’s fault…. maybe mine… maybe George’s for making those shots….. who knows but we will be back! So, walking out to our car for our 4 hour drive up north, I took out the key fob as one does. Seconds later we’d hear “clunk”. Hubby asked what that was and we see nothing on the ground except for an “it like” sewer opening! Thank goodness for recent rains and the owner of the Ethiopian restaurant @meskerem who had a “claw”, my agile husband was able to rescue the keys and we are on our way back north! Moral of the story? Don’t let your wife hold the keys? Don’t drink shots with George (not an option because we will be back with a hotel room and an Uber next time!) or simple don’t take the keys out until right next to your car!
Thanks for the story St. Louis! See you soon Brasilia!
Sorry no food pics but here is the key rescue!

A taste of Brasil. The food is very good and well seasoned, worth the wait. The caipirinha is authentic. The service is friendly. The atmosphere felt like being in a little town restaurant in Brasil.

Great atmosphere and selection of beverages and seafood. I had the red snapper and the presentation was amazing. Well breaded and with sweet and flaky and nice texture. Chef Jorge was a great host and shared so many great flavors and tips on how to pour the perfect shot of port.

I am genuinely torn on this place. The flavor of the food is incredible. The drinks are delightful. The service was great. So why the low score? Cleanliness, specifically a lack thereof. I went to the Sunday buffet. Most of the plates were covered in hair. And while most of the things on the buffet and especially the travelling meats were amazing, all of the fish dishes tasted rotten. I don’t mean, old. I don’t mean dry. I mean rancid. I really hope they address the back of house issues because this was one of my favorite dining experiences of the year but as it stands I’ll never be back.

Meats were amazing, food was incredible. Obviously it was exposed, but they have a great menu and atmosphere. My only problem was the price. We went there because the online menu of $25 for the buffet, but we paid almost double $43 plus the mandatory gratuity of 20%. Imagine how much was the recommended tip! They need to update that Menu.

Amazing, the vibe and ambience of this place alone is beautiful. It’s a lovely little nook in south grand that drips with airy, tropical flair. From the decor to the light samba playing in the background, this place brings Brasil to our little midwestern city.
As far as the food goes absolutely delicious, I had the camarao branco, It was amazing. The chef who had prepared myself and my date’s food greeted us after we had finished and shared a cup of Brazilian liqueur with us. Sharing stories and laughter, it was definitely a memorable experience.
Com certeza voltaremos em breve. Obrigado, Chef Jorge! <3

Food was excellent, got the Lamb special that had a killer red wine sauce. Our server Ncenda was awesome despite handling so many tables at once. He managed to still make time to talk with us and get in on our conversations he’d overhear. We talked with chef Jorge where he told us about his past and shared drinks with the table. Their Caipirinha was also the best I’ve ever had. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone interested in trying it.

When I go out of town, I always make it a point to find local spots that are popular. This is a hidden gem! I’m so glad our hotel desk clerk recommended this place. The entire vibe of the place and the food was off the charts. The server was knowledgeable and patient. He made it a point to interact with my toddler which was bonus points. Husband had seafood paella, I had an off the menu lamp chop w/veggies and my kids had the filet. Then we got the chocolate ball desserts, it’s a caramel like textured fudge rolled in sprinkles.

It’s one of our favorite restaurants in the area. The food is amazing, and there’s a good variety of them for both the lunch buffet and the dinner churrasco. They have a small dining room with very friendly staffs and chef, which makes it feel very homely. The chef would greet us and poured us this delicious mango beverage he made. What a gem of a restaurant and highly recommended!

My partner and I went to Brasilia Restaurant & Market yesterday for their Sunday brunch special and the experience was its own version of blissful escapism. The environment absorbs you through decoration, music, and niche touches you do not normally find in restaurants (like the fire/rock display by the window and the wooden frame with decor above our heads). Welcoming staff seated us and visited our table, offering grilled meats and pineapple that they shaved off large sticks as part of the brunch buffet perks. The food was AMAZING and full of flavor! We were pleasantly stuffed and ended our time there exchanging fun conversation with Jorge (the owner). Thank you so much for making our first visit delightful! We look forward to dining with you all again soon!
