Great food, always fresh. Love the black forest ham sub with their delishes crunchy pickles. Their pickles are like a Clausen pickle slice. Only a few subways I know of that have these. You always have to have garlic aioli on your sub as well.

I used to come here all the time until my most recent experience. I ordered 2 subs, took them home, only to discover they were both missing over half the meat. My Turkey “club” contained only Turkey, no ham or bacon that I paid for. The other sub was also missing the ham. I called to complain and was told “uhhh…. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do about that.” No refund, no remade subs, just out money for a meatless sandwich that wasn’t what I ordered. I will no longer bring my service here.

Online ticket said food was ready. Showed up and the order was NOT done. Chit chatting seems more important then doing their job. Lunch break is only a half hour. Don’t say the food is ready when it clearly wasn’t. There where only 2 customers in line. Finally got my food and ate it, veggies were warmer then the meat (chicken). Pretty disappointed!

My husband went to get us some late lunch today and chose this Subway because we always seem to get great service. Today was no different, if anything a step up. Unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the girl who assembled our subs but hats off to her for great customer service and impeccable sub making skills. As silly as that sounds it’s very hard to find someone who takes pride in what they do, sub making or not. My Turkey sub is gone and his Steak and Cheese wrap is going down beautifully.
