My family and I dined here for my son’s 25th birthday on 1/29/26 for supper. They did an amazing job on the remodel, kudos The decor was fun to look at. Our meals were delicious. I had the ‘Shroom & Swiss burger It was seasoned well, still some pink in the middle and the mushrooms were cooked perfectly The customer service was fast, friendly and knowledgeable about the meals. Prices are affordable. My overall experience was awesome and I will most likely eat there again to try another burger or whatever.
Note: To my understanding by the locals, Bob Dylan has or had a home in the area and back in the day he would eat/drink here. I am not sure if he still does or not in this day and age ♀️

Wow! We started with the buffalo chicken cream cheese wontons (see picture) are they wontons? Are they egg rolls? Are they a wrap? Who cares. They’re delicious! Our burger (Swiss & shrooms) was fantastic as well. Perfectly done smash burgers. We’ll definitely be back for more. A bunch of the people around us were getting the buffalo chicken wrap, it looked very well put together.

My Wife and I went here for lunch on an early Sat afternoon. We were quickly seated and was ordering within minutes. Very fast and helpful Service. The Smash Burgers were great! We had the Mr. Jimmy and the ‘Shroom and Swiss.

Great new lunch spot! I would not suggest a group over 6. They could accommodate more but 4 is the perfect size. We sat on the patio, great new area. Could use some more umbrellas or sun screens. Server was great and attentive. Food was well prepared and seasoned well. Group had the patty melt and the hilltop burgers.

Grand re opening! This was on my bucket list as a must try today…
I was not disappointed. The amount of service, and good attitudes from the employees was above expectations. They were all interactive making sure your needs were met. Service was topnotch.
The food- The Hilltop burger with the garlic aïoli sauce, brought it to a new level. I really enjoyed the Hilltop burger. The Mushroom Swiss was in line with a good quality, burger. They are quarter lb. double smash burgers, with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. The buns were soft, and slightly buttered-very fresh. It was too busy to order the broasted chicken, but that will be on my bucket list next.
My overall feeling is that this place is going to have a very bright future.
I’m glad I can walk there because I’m gonna need the exercise to take off the calories!!
Update- Broasted chicken is money! Including waffle fries & seasoned sour cream…..yum
I added my go-to burgers as well- Note the packaging was thoughtful- set up for a fresh meal upon arrival at home. Thank you! Well done!

Best burger in a 30-mile radius! If you like a Lil spice, try a Mr. Jimmy’s burger. Shout out to bartenders Kara and Davis for “getting it” and prepared for what this community most appreciates. Honored to be first in line for the grand opening, be served the first beer and one to welcome this historic establishment back to the community. Kudos, Hilltop Team!

So pumped this place has opened back up (under new ownership). I got the Hilltop Burger which was two 1/4# patties with bacon and cheese, super tasty. Gotta upgrade to the waffle fries and season sour cream, next level. My wife got the Birria Tacos and boy were those delicious and the perfect amount of crispness. For apps, get the Buffalo Chicken Wontons, I wasn’t expecting to love those but wowzers, that’s going to our new go to. We also got the Boneless Firecracker Wings, I could eat those every day until I die :). Go give the new owners a try! I’ll see ya there :).
