Last time I ate from here everything was great. This time I got the same exact order and one pizza was good, the other was burnt. I had a pan with light sauce, extra cheese, Philly steak, chicken, banana peppers, pineapple, mushrooms and black olives. All of the steak was burnt beyond recognition and had to be removed. The edges of the entire pizza were burnt. The chicken didn’t look burnt but was so hard you couldn’t chew it. I live 30 minutes away from the store so we removed the burnt parts and managed to eat what remained since we were starving and didn’t want to have to go all the way back to the store to complain. I will be sure to check my order carefully before I leave the store from now on. I believe I deserve to receive compensation for the burnt pizza or may switch my business to papa johns from now on.

I used to frequent the drive through carry out about once a week and sometimes more. Food always tasted good. I phoned in an order at my usual time, but today it was going to take a bit longer. I arrive a little early so I wait in a parking spot until the 20 minutes I was told it would take passed and then I jumped in the drive through. Pizza wasn’t ready and I didn’t get a real answer on a new expectation but they asked me to drive back around and get at the end of the line. In no hurry, I decided to wait inside for my order and what I saw truly turned me off this location. No one wore gloves while I was there. No one. Food was being prepared bare handed, directly on the counter where non food items were kept. The lady at the front had her cell phone mere inches away from someone else’s order directly on the same counter as she was prepping food. What was worse is that she was using her phone to control the music in the store WHILE prepping food bare handed. I paid for my food, left and discarded the pizza but I do think this will be the last time picking up from this location or any other owned by Be Hurd Inc. Everyone looked and acted miserable and ever indication pointed to mismanagement AT BEST. Do better Be Hurd Inc.

Ordered 3 pizzas 1 being a Buffalo Chicken pizza that they DID NOT PUT BUFFALO ON, and they didn’t even cut ANY of our pizzas.

I was very disappointed in the pizza I received. While the crust was thin & crispy like I wanted, the toppings were very scarce. Very little sauce and cheese and no spices or flavor. I will not be ordering from them again.

I placed an online order THE DAY BEFORE for 2:00. I pulled up at 1:58 and was fine with waiting but the fact that they said they hadn’t started my order ticked me off a bit. I ordered at least 8 pizzas. Then they acted like they weren’t gonna have change and rolled their eyes when I handed them a $100 bill. With attitudes like that, no wonder you don’t have change or business.

I set on hold for 10 minutes. Asking to speak with a manager only to get the response that the manager was too busy to speak with me. I could hear her in the background given nothing but attitude, because she was too lazy to pick up the phone and here my request, I will never eat at this domino’s again!

Pizza was fantastic! Ordered delivery, they don’t come to my house so we always meet driver. Pizza was hot, exactly as ordered, and delivered within 30 mins!

I ordered online…delivery time was 40 mins. I watched the tracker on and off and realized it got to quality check in about 15 mins..so I stopped checking it figuring the food would be here soon ish. After about an hour I looked and saw that it was still on quality check, didn’t think anything of it…technology fails. I gave it about 20 more mins finally called to ask if they had any information on delivery because I had to leave within the next hour. The lady on the phone said she’s not sure, that the driver had left with the food 30+ mins ago. But that she wasn’t surprised that the driver always takes forever. I said well I have to leave soon…I don’t want to pay for a pizza I’m not gonna be getting. She said okay and credited my account, which I won’t use especially now but she did what she could and I understood that. So I put in my order at 12:30, I finally get a text at 2:30 saying my pizza is on the way. I’m literally getting in my car to leave so I give it a few mins, sitting in my car thinking I’ll just eat on the way. After 15 mins I left. Mind you I live about 7 mins from dominos. I understand she could have other pizzas to drop off first but the fact it had been a solid 2 hours since i ordered I felt like I had gave her plenty enough time. So about 3:00 I get another text that the driver is in my neighborhood, which is completely useless at this point. My ring camera showed me she delivered it at 3:10, to the incorrect spot at that.. There wasn’t anyone home, nor was anyone gonna be home for another 2 hours and she left it in the rain. I called dominos back and talked to a manager who was kind and said it’s like this all the time, the district manager won’t fire her. We don’t have any control over it. She apologized and offered a free pizza. Which I declined and I also asked her about the tip I had left via card when I ordered and about the account credit I won’t be using. She said the tip wouldn’t come out and that she couldn’t do anything more than credit my account. She wasn’t allowed to put money back on cards, again the district managers job. So I asked for her number..I called no answer. I left a voicemail in detail. I called back several times, no answer and she never called back.
So if Ginger is supposed to be the one delivering your pizza I hope you have 3 hours to wait for it. If you’re wanting it for supper better order as soon as they open.
