The workers apparently now have to give very little veggies and it is ridiculous. Whoever made that call needs to be fired or talked to. I literally only got 6 slices of onions to be exact and If you want olives it will only be six too. Will not be spending my money here again for such little incremental servings which is ridiculous. If I was a vegetarian that would have done nothing for my hunger. However…. The workers was very nice and apologized that they couldn’t control the servings anymore

The most uncomfortable eating establishment I have ever been to. The 2 employees were sitting in the dining room doing nothing when we walked in and 2 more customers behind us. One of them got up and came to take our order. Never smiled and barely spoke to us. No napkins and the dispenser was empty. The temperature was very cold and so were the employees. It made it awkward and uncomfortable for us to sit and eat our sandwiches. I will not be back to this location.

Ate here for the first time. We frequent Subways on our travels. Prices have been going up while the product quality seems to be heading down. This shop was spotlessly clean and the young lady who made our subs was very friendly. FINALLY, we were served subs that actually looked very close to the ones seen in commercials (and at no extra charge). We absolutely got our money’s worth and will keep this Subway in mind.

Walked in and emp just sat there I waited a bit and they finally came to the counter and just started at us. I asked of they where ready to take my order and got a shrug. I told them what I wanted and they made it . They only would point at the oven to signal I assume if I wanted my food toasted . Didn’t even tell me how much I owed just stuck a hand out for money. There was no tea and even the non carbonated drinks where carbonated. Absolutely terrible service. Food still tasted fine thankfully.

Absolutely the worst work ethic in the two young men working today. Zero attention to detail. Just makes the sub..literally meat and cheese ..and puts it in the bag, and starts to ring it up on the register…asked could we have topping and he says “I guess” ..
Dude, it’s subway! He seemed bothered by our request for some toppings.

This was the second time that my wife and I went here to Subway #20721-0, and will be the last time. I walk in with a coupon and immediately the worker says we don’t take coupons, no Subway in Sumter county does. So why did I get the coupons in the mail then? This shows sub-par management in the region. The workers here don’t greet customers. Their attitude borders on rudeness and indifference. They act like it’s the customers privilege to patronize their store instead of the other way around. Sumter is a military town and Subway offers no military discount. That disrespect is mirrored in their lame commercials paying millionaire athletes to hawk their product. The military people are the real heroes. They deserve a discount, not a lame free cookie. All of this reflects back to the sub-par management of Subway corporation and that’s not fresh, it’s pathetic and rotten.

Long wait and not accepting coupons. Also out of many items on their menu.
When I arrive I saw a sign on the door saying we are not excepting paper coupons please download our app. With the assumption that you can use a coupon through the app. Which is not the case. You have to order online for a 15% off coupon. If you are going to send a flyer with coupons you should accept them! We will not be back to this location.
