Stopped here with my granddaughter after church at Mountainview Comm. Church (Rte 80). Hands down one of the best slices of pizza I’ve had in Maryland. I have not found very good pizza living in MD after having lived in NYC. But the crust here at Italia is flavorful with just the right amount of crunch. Perfecto!! Will definitely be my new spot for pizza.
UPDATE: I’ve been going every Sunday now and the med size pizza is ready when we arrive. They are so friendly and lovely people.

The wings were phenomenal! The wings were fat, perfectly crispy, and the sauce was excellent. The pizza was great as well. Above all the service was amazing. I wish this restaurant was in my home town!

I stopped at the restaurant while I was learning about the area. I was impressed that the restaurant is inside one of the older buildings in Adamstown. I ordered a single slice of pizza and was very pleased. The crust had a good balance of crusty and chewy. It was excellent. The two gentlemen working were very helpful and welcoming. Excellent experience.

This is the best pizza we’ve had in Maryland since we moved from Central Florida to the area! The dough is so well made and the toppings are perfection. We have carried out and dined in and have never been disappointed. We look forward to being patrons of this excellent Pizzeria for many years!

Don’t want to be overly critical on this review because their Walkersville location is pretty good and I have had solid experiences there before which led me to try out the Adamstown location. I was very surprised with the price I got two large pizzas with 5 toppings each and 2 chicken Caesar salads for my family and I was never told the final price over the phone. I get to the store and it was $88.50. I usually get the same order at Pizza Blitz in Frederick and it is at least 20-30$ cheaper and so much better. The pizza here is awful for the price, any digiorno or Pizza Hut pizza is better. The pizza really didn’t look half bad from first glance, things changed after the first bite. The crust was burnt and it tasted and had the consistency of cardboard. The sauce was very bland. The toppings were okay but I got broccoli on my pizza which I threw away after two slices and the broccoli tasted like it was microwaved in a plastic bag and it was still wet and half frozen. As for the Chicken Caesar salad it might have been worse than the pizza. Wilted lettuce everywhere, croutons were old and the chicken had zero flavor and was over cooked, tough to bite into, and not fresh. Barely any Caesar dressing given on the side either. This is my first time writing a review on an eatery in my life but my experience at Italia in Adamstown was that bad that I felt the need to write this review. Something has to be done with the high prices and the overall product asap.

Two of us tried to split a large Hawaiian pizza – it’s to big. It was really good. We had a crispy crust, plenty of ham and plenty of pineapple and plenty of cheese and the right amounts of each. It was hot and it was a great pizza.
Wait did I mention the cannoli? It was perfect!

Legitimately the best pizza in the Frederick area, and I have tried just about all of them. You wouldn’t think given the location and the fact that this particular location has housed numerous other failed Italian restaurants, but this place is actually great. The crust is perfect, the sauce is sweet and tangy (applied in the perfect amount) and the cheese is delicious. All the toppings are great, everything seems fresh. It all comes together incredibly well with just the appropriate amount of oiliness to finish it off. Their other offerings are also good, but their pies are fantastic.
One recommendation for the owners–work with the delivery drivers to make sure the pies stay level. The cheese often slides around on them and is out of sorts when it arrives. Otherwise, awesome work.

We ordered a large New York style pizza and dined in at the spot. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

Stopped by with my wife and got the large pizza, the crust and cheese were perfect, the sauce was pretty bland, a little oregano and garlic goes a long way. As far as the inside could use some paint
