My coworker said this spot had solid teriyaki and an amazing Chinese chicken salad. It definitely does!
I ordered their chicken curry and chili cheese fries. Both were delicious with great portions and the flavor was definitely there!

This was my first time trying The Rascals Teriyaki in Carson and I’m honestly impressed. The teriyaki bowl was delicious — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and the sauce was just right. Every bite was tender and seasoned so well.
The salad was fresh and crisp, and it paired perfectly with the bowl. You can taste the quality.
For a first visit, they definitely made a great impression. I’ll absolutely be coming back.

First time here and we loved it!! It was very clean inside, I noticed as soon as customers left someone would come clean the tables. You order at the register and the food is ready promptly! It was delicious! We tried the chicken curry bowl and the teriyaki beef plate. The dressing on the salad was excellent!! The curry spices were perfect and the teriyaki beef was the best!! We enjoyed our dinner and plan to return to try some other options next time! Plenty of parking available! Indoor restrooms and great service

Ordered their famous Chinese CKN Salad for lunch since I was walking distance away for pickup. Came back and only had 1 utensil when I asked for an extra and only wonton strips w no almonds and barely any chicken meat on the salad… just a bunch of lettuce! The price went up but the portions got smaller?! I’m unhappy with my first experience at this location. ☹️

The Chinese chicken salad is still the same, but they do not carry the sesame breadsticks anymore.
The chicken teriyaki is still good,but I did order the chicken well done and cut into small pieces.
The curry is still good, although the chicken they gave me was small portioned and was not cooked properly.
It looks like they just boil the chicken. The chicken had not flavor.

The portion they serve is little in comparison to what they serve at Gardena and Torrance. My husband and I share the combo platter all of the time and we have left overs. And when I buy from Carson branch, there’s hardly enough to share and barely any meat to split out. But there’s plenty of rice. He’s called it out a few times already but I think the only portion they’ve gotten right is the chinese chicken salad. Sorry gotta go the extra mile to buy from Gardena.

IV been to the one in Torrance and it’s always really good, so I was in the carson area figured I try it and it was a disappointment, chicken had a wired flavor and really dry , rice was mushy and the beef was dry , the only thing that was good was the sauce, I didn’t even finish my drink because fruit flies were flying around it , never again.
