Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing mix-over-rice orders I’ve had. The meat had an unpleasant smell and was difficult to eat, which made the meal feel unsafe and unenjoyable. We ordered two mix-over-rice plates but couldn’t get past a couple of bites.
In hindsight, I should have been more cautious. They have copied the business name Halal Bros Grill, but unfortunately not even 10% of the taste or quality of Halal Bros Grill. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

Tucked away in the corner of the lot and not that visible from the road but man they make some delicious halal food. We got platters, chicken nuggets and salad and it was all so damn delicious.
Their prices are very fair given the high quality if their food it’s like restaurant grade in my opinion. They have a vast menu and something for everyone. Convenient parking lot right outside. Come and try them out you’ll be glad you did.

I just ordered off uber eats, and it took forever to come, the food was dry, the chicken was cooked in bad oil, and the fries were the oiliest unseasoned things I ever seen, and they was cold. U can see how much oil came out of just a couple when I warmed them up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Don’t be fooled by the name, this is not your ordinary “halal” spot. This is restaurant grade food, for a halal cart price. The chicken was so perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender. Portion size was enormous. I also ordered garlic Parmesan wings, I was pleasantly surprised. Surpassed any expectations I had. Fresh, tender, excellent seasoning. Excellent food for great prices, will definitely be repeat customer and highly recommend. I had leftovers the next day, pics don’t do it justice since next day, food still tasted fresh and delicious.

I get the chicken kebab platter. This is my third time doing it at this location and it was so bad they get a bad review. The first two times I ordered, great, white sauce all over it no complaints. This time, the guy who was different than the other two times I ordered, INSISTED on saying that the white sauce is great on the side and we insisted WE like it best on the rice and chicken. The guy brings the food out with no white sauce on top and gives me 4 tiny jar cups HALF WAY FULL for TWO full size platters that can’t even cover half of the meal. $40 completely wasted. Will never come back. Rice is useless without sauce. Now it’s just dry like the desert. We ALSO bought a burger too, asked for just cheese and ketchup, they put everything on it and we were the only ones there at 10:30pm. No excuse. 0/10. Everything they did today, was just telling us to never come back.

Atmosphere is above average inside. I especially like the sink for patrons outside the bathroom. Hygienic conscious.
The lamb over salad was very fresh and flavorful. The Green Sauce seems a lot fresher than other halal chains.
I recommend this halal to anyone in the Elmont area, it’s across the street from speedway Gas station. Not so visible from the road.

I frequent this place quite often and can confidently say that it is the one of the best halal spots in Queens! Everything is freshly made, the chicken is always juicy and cooked to perfection. They are super generous with their portions considering the price and the staff is beyond friendly! When I placed my first order with them, they had ratings that didn’t and still don’t make sense!!! Well deserving of 5 stars! It is tucked away inside a small parking lot, highly highly recommend it!
